Technical information The UNIC-L is an electropneumatic driven stripper-crimper. It allows quick and reliable processing of loose insulated Z+F ferrules for cross-sections from 0.5mm2 up to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 20 – 14) with a crimping length of 8 mm. Insulated Z+F ferrules for tri-rated wires (special size “S“) can also be processed.

Technical information The AM 02 C (“Compact“) is an electropneumatic, modular stripper-crimper for rapid and reliable processing of loose insulated Z+F ferrules with cross sections from 0.14 – 0.34 mm2 (AWG 26 – 22) and the AM 02.1 C is for uninsulated Z+F ferrules with cross sections from 0.14 – 0,75 mm2 (AWG 26 – 18). Technical information The Crimper-LS is an electropneumatic and flexible benchtop crimper for loose insulated Z+F ferrules in the cross-section range from 0.5 – 2.5 mm² (AWG 20 – 14) and crimping length from 6 – 12 mm. Additional tool kits are available optional for 0.34/4 mm² (AWG 22/12). The machine is characterized through a short cycle time and an easy tool change. A stripped wire can be fed in the ferrule directly. The crimping process is started by a footswitch.

Using this model, you can easily crimp up to 12" industrial hoses (depending on the fitting). With long master dies you are able to crimp even long ferrules and sleeves. Quick die change plungers allow for quick die changes even for the larger diameter dies. The fixed six o'clock die eliminates the need to jog the machine to position the assembly for crimping, just lay it on the bottom die and close to crimp.

The stripper-crimper can be adapted by using the corresponding tools for ferrules of cross-sections from 4 up to 10 mm2 (AWG 12-8) and crimping lengths from 9mm to 18mm. Specification For definition of the required tools the correct specification of the processed ferrules as well as the processed wires are needed. Options: Quardrocrimp-tool The stripper-crimper can be equipped with a quadrocrimp-tool, which creates a 4-side quadratic crimp.

Technical information The AM 02.1 is an electropneumatic modular stripper-crimper for rapid and reliable processing of loose uninsulated Z+F ferrules. The stripper-crimper may be adapted by using the corresponding tools for ferrules of cross-sections from 0.25mm2 to 2.5 mm2 (AWG 24 – 14) and crimping lengths from 5mm to 12 mm. Specification For definition of the required tools the correct specification of the processed ferrules as well as the processed wires are needed.
