Centrifugal sorting is used for high capacities up to 800 pieces per minute. The quiet and gentle sorting is particularly suitable for plastic objects. Depending on object type and size we recommend different versions ZF-350, ZF-500, ZF-800. Due to the user-friendly and space-saving design, it can be combined with other machines and systems.

Our fully automatic flowpack machines are suitable either for high-speed applications or airtight film packaging requirements as well as for paper packaging, depending on the version selected. The machines feature either rotating or box motion transversal sealing units, with selection of a longitudinal seam either above or below. Each machine can be combined with a wide range of feed systems, such as finger conveyor chains or infeed belts. With our ability to handle everything from PP or aluminium laminated films through to Tyvek® – anything is possible. Coated paper can also be used for flowpack production. Our flowpack machines are also available as hygienically designed versions.

The HCS MULTI-FLUID is a series of carbide circular saw manufactured by Eisele. The key highlights of the HCS MULTI-FLUID series include a firm base frame that is welded, a bigger scope of cutting, an arbitrary saw blade that is accessible to ensure maximum cutting scope that can reach up to 180 mm . The machine has a sturdy and robust base frame on which the combined sawing unit and material feed unit are mounted. Before solid products, agglomerates or clumps can be sieved or calibrated, these must be broken up or crushed. Suitable materials are available to break up the product in drums with the right SERVOLIFT systems. Pinpoint pressure Technical description Sequence: Drum crusher:

 Large fragments are crushed with the primary crusher into fist-sized lumps. Clump crusher: 
Larger clumps are broken up by the clump crusher for the sieve mill to a workable size. The machines can be combined with one another, or be used on their own. A protective device is adapted to the relevant use case.

The universal HERMETIC series offers a multitude of application possibilities due to its various features. In particular, the electromechanical drive with its very quiet running has predestined the HERMETIC series for integration into automated systems. The ink residue pick-up system (option) can be integrated into the machine housing, allowing the machine to be used in confined spaces. Exclusive to TAMPOPRINT is the adjustable pad stroke onto the workpiece in combination with an electromechanical machine drive. The variable contact pressure of the ink/doctoring cup offers optimised service lifetimes for the printing clichés used and the best results for doctoring. In addition to all the above advantages, the HERMETIC 150 offers a max. print image size of Ø 140 mm. An (optional) ink residue pick-up system can be fitted either on the right or left of the machine.

Print shipping labels without backing material, avoid thousands of tons of waste material and, at the same time, reduce your carbon footprint – this is all possible thanks to our sustainable and innovative PA4 / PA6 InNo-Liner Print & Apply System. The material is printed, cut, activated and applied with the labeling machine and the combined cutting component, micro-atomization component and linear tamp unit. The labels can be pre-printed in color using the conventional printing process. HERMA 211 HC - Feeding demand for personalized medical care The wrap-around labeler 211 HC reliably processes even the smallest batches and products that tend to tip over. Ideal machine for small vials, syringes and cartridges, where the semi-automatic machine can score with its economy in frequent format changes. Labels are applied by rotating these products horizontally between two motorized rollers and the pivot peel plate with application roller. The semi-automatic labeling machine combines the high flexibility of manual product feeding with a complete equipment according to pharma specifications, including a printer for variable data and codes, and a camera for print and code verification. Optionally available with the innovative bad label return for the reliable removal of bad labels. The new 211 HC is therefore tailor-made for processing healthcare products.

TYP C 069/G Cutting, stamping and bending device for radial components Description To eliminate belt- tolerances the Streckfuss machine Type C 069 G was developed with an integrated touch- facility. With this all usual in the trade component- belts which meet the IEC- Norm can effortless be processed. The component is formed and cut with a maximum tolerance of ± 0,1 mm. The supply of components is exclusively done by reel. For this the machine has a combined location for reel and amo- pack. To save set- up time all necessary toolkits for specific formings are mounted in one unit. These toolkits can be inserted or exchanged within a very short time. When inserting a toolkit the driving- mechanism automatically will be locked. The machine is prepared to keep 2 processing- units. One unit performs upward formings and the other performs downward formings. After the components have been formed and cut they are ejected into a bin for collection. Components
