Based on years of 3D measurement experience and market demand, SHINING 3D innovatively integrates blue LED light and blue laser into EinScan HX handheld 3D scanner. The hybrid laser and LED light sources make EinScan HX compatible with a wider range of object sizes, meeting multiple needs of users. High efficiency and reliable result give EinScan HX more application possibilities.

The use of ultraviolet-curing adhesives and compounds is constantly increasing. With the LedControl S UV LED controller, you remain flexible for future requirements. Due to the modular design, one UV LED lamp, up to five or even up to 16 UV LED lamps with different wavelengths can be operated and individually adjusted with one LEDControl S. For applications such as bonding, potting or fluorescence excitation, the wavelengths 365, 385, 395, 405 and 450 nm are available. With the variety of wavelengths, you remain particularly flexible and can upgrade and change over at any time. With several UV LED lamps, the irradiation can also be ideally homogenized to achieve the best possible uniformity. With the intelligent UV LED control, the power of the ultraviolet LED lamps can be individually adjusted between 2% and 100%. A timer for irradiation times between 0.01 s and 9999 s is already integrated.

With the UV LED series L, we combine the benefits of the UV LEDS compared to the UV lamps; these are initial start, dimmability, long service life and a lower heat input with an economical UV LED system. Irradiances of up to 5,5 W/cm² are reached on the surface. The high irradiance enables short processing times. For different applications, wavelengths of 365nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, 405 nm, and 450 nm are available. That way, the UV LED series L can be optimal customized for the requirements of the photoinitiator. All wavelengths are available in five differently sized illumination areas from 10 x 100 mm, and 30 x 30 mm up to 200 x 100 mm. Customized versions are available too.

The very high irradiances of up to 39,000 mW/cm² and the compact dimensions characterize the UV-LED Spots and allow extremely short process times. For this purpose, the UV-LED is focused at the desired working distance. The UV-LED Spot P is suitable for automated and manual bonding. For applications such as bonding, potting or fluorescence excitation, the wavelengths 365, 385, 395, 405 and 450 nm are available. With the variety of wavelengths as well as the exchangeable optics, you remain particularly flexible and can upgrade and change over at any time. For controlling the UV-LED Spot P, we offer the LedControl S as a table top device or the LedControl DC for DIN rail mounting. With the LedControl S and DC UV LED controllers, the ultraviolet LED output can be set between 2% and 100%.

High UV irradiance combined with a uniform irradiated area is the key feature of the surface LED series SFL-UV. The SFL-UV modules are water-cooled high-power UV LED sources with an intelligent LED driver. The absence of ineffective infrared radiation reduces the heat compared to conventional UV lamps. Three standard sizes are available with light-emitting areas of 100 x 100 mm to 200 x 200 mm. Customized sizes are available on request. Independent of size, we offer two versions. The HO versions reach high irradiance of up to 5500 mW/cm², while the ECO versions still offer up to 2000 mW/cm². Both irradiances are measured at a distance of 10 mm to the emitting window. The high irradiance allows extremely short processing times. Wavelengths of 365, 385, 395, 405, and 450 nm are available for many different applications.

The high-performance UV LED Solo P combines a compact, variable, and economic point light source for manual bonds in an ergonomic design. The UV LED Solo P requires no external control and can be operated directly with a mains power adapter. As all UV LEDs the Solo P is quickly switchable. In order to design machines safely and to meet the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, safety functions are required in the control systems. Typically, the required Performance Level PLr is determined for each safety function. This is where the first difficulty begins during the planning and commissioning of UV systems, namely determining the severity of the injury, the frequency and duration of exposure, and how to avoid the uv hazard. In the short term, UV exposure of the skin leads to erythema, elastosis and/or skin cancer. In contrast, UV exposure of the eye can lead to photokeratitis, conjunctivitis and cataractogenesis. If e.g. skin cancer is considered, it is a severe, usually irreversible injury. In this context, Directive 2006/25/EC „Artificial Optical Radiation“ allows regular exposure up to a daily exposure limit of 30 J/m².

The orthodontic basic module allows to manage clinic, doctors, patients and cases through a database. It allows to create virtual bases (ABO, ABO2013, Ricketts, Parallel, Tweed) and add them to the scanned stone models. It is also possible to perform occlusal inspection analysis, 2D / 3D sections, measurement on teeth and full arches. This module is required in order to use the other modules.
