The use of ultraviolet-curing adhesives and compounds is constantly increasing. With the LedControl S UV LED controller, you remain flexible for future requirements. Due to the modular design, one UV LED lamp, up to five or even up to 16 UV LED lamps with different wavelengths can be operated and individually adjusted with one LEDControl S. For applications such as bonding, potting or fluorescence excitation, the wavelengths 365, 385, 395, 405 and 450 nm are available. With the variety of wavelengths, you remain particularly flexible and can upgrade and change over at any time. With several UV LED lamps, the irradiation can also be ideally homogenized to achieve the best possible uniformity. With the intelligent UV LED control, the power of the ultraviolet LED lamps can be individually adjusted between 2% and 100%. A timer for irradiation times between 0.01 s and 9999 s is already integrated.

The very high irradiances of up to 39,000 mW/cm² and the compact dimensions characterize the UV-LED Spots and allow extremely short process times. For this purpose, the UV-LED is focused at the desired working distance. The UV-LED Spot P is suitable for automated and manual bonding. For applications such as bonding, potting or fluorescence excitation, the wavelengths 365, 385, 395, 405 and 450 nm are available. With the variety of wavelengths as well as the exchangeable optics, you remain particularly flexible and can upgrade and change over at any time. For controlling the UV-LED Spot P, we offer the LedControl S as a table top device or the LedControl DC for DIN rail mounting. With the LedControl S and DC UV LED controllers, the ultraviolet LED output can be set between 2% and 100%.

The UV LED chamber BSL-03 is the second largest irradiation chamber in the BSL series. The high irradiance combined with the exact dose control offers a unique reproducibility for perfect results! Due to the irradiance of up to 220 mW/cm², it is possible to use the most common UV curing adhesives or lacquers. For high irradiances, the UV LED chamber can be ordered completely with one LED wavelength. A particularly flexible application is possible when two separately controllable LED wavelengths are ordered. Compared with our irradiation chambers of the BS series, the BSL-03 offers an irradiance that is 22 times as high. The high irradiance allows for extremely short exposure times. With the high homogeneity of the irradiation, the samples can also be positioned as needed. Due to the typical characteristics for UV LEDs, such as “immediate start”, the dimmability and the high durability, the BSL-03 is ideally suited for medium-sized laboratory tests and curing of large components.

The handheld UV lamps are high-powered UV radiation sources for UV-A and UV-C radiation. They enable the sensitive detection of luminescent substances through their high irradiance. The handheld UV lamps are available in three versions. UV-A and UV-C lamps are equipped with two UV lamps to obtain a very high intensity of irradiation on the sample. The UV-A/C handheld lamp allows the simultaneous or separate application of UV-A and UV-C radiation with the same device. All handheld UV lamps are mains operated and have VIS filters, which effectively filter the visible light from the tubes. Thus, even weak luminescence in the sample can be optimally detected. We recommend our additional stand to create a table lamp and have both hands free for testing.
