We supply tailored, special parts manufactured with our state-of-the-art cold-moulding and extrusion equipment. We can press cold-moulded articles – whether solid, semi-hollow or hollow – according to your drawings. Complex moulded parts and individual, special projects are our strengths. Our cold-moulding competence covers flanged bolts, studded parts, stepped bores and parts with an internal or external thread. Possible materials: Regular steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, light metals. Available with all standard surfaces.

Know-how for special applications There are applications with very special requirements for the heat exchanger. Due to its decades of experience, Anthermo GmbH has the necessary know-how to be able to build special heat exchangers for special applications. So every year we build numerous heat exchangers that are a bit off the standard. Dimensioning with EDP programs With the help of EDP programs, Anthermo GmbH is also able to dimension and technically design special heat exchangers. The technical design and dimensioning is strictly based on the specifications and requirements of the customer. After the design, a three-dimensional CAD model is created. The CAD drawing approved by the customer forms the basis for production with the most modern IT-supported production systems.

Special designs are realized by combination of up to 80% of standardized sub-assemblies. This avoids high-cost special construction. The use of reliable components, modules, and devices that are in stock, results in considerable advantage in time. In this way it is possible to realize customer specifications much faster. SCHOCK is the specialist in the production of cold-rolled profiles according to individual customer requirements. With a wide range of different technologies, we manufacture special profiles as customized functional elements up to complete assemblies.

This POS presentation was developed with a focus on the possibility of placing a large quantity of goods and also creating a large communication area. The 1.60m high island display comprises four pallets and stands out for the large-format promotional space.

Resembling a boat deck, this large format display uses emotional positioning for the DIY store launch of Living parquet flooring, by HARO. STI Group has developed a grown up advent calendar for Jim Beam, designed to sweeten the run-up to Christmas Eve. Twenty-two chocolate bottles with a Whisky praline filling provide a delectable and memorable indulgence for most days of advent.

This secondary display for DeBeukelaer celebrates the joy of biscuits "on tour". The product presentation in the caravan is a perfect fit with the campaign featuring a contest and road show. The length of the display made entirely out of cardboard and corrugated board is adjustable. The result: increased impulse purchases , over 9 million contacts through promotional packs and a significant increase in sales in the promotional period.

This train full of chocolate will set confectionery sales soaring. The Milka POS Display encourages access from all sides. A shelf display is integrated in the driver's cabin, whereas the rail car holds two floor standing display units. The attention to detail ensures an attractive market image and boosts impulse purchases. Depending on the set-up area available in the store, more rail cars can be added to the train.

The impetus for the product presentation at the POS was an online contest with the chance to win a trip to outer space. A giant spaceship made entirely out of corrugated board overlays a pallet display each in the cockpit and the rear part. A large rocket emits real smoke. Two smaller displays resembling rockets and the apparently weightless, floating shelf hangers launch the space mission in retail.
