Use our comprehensive knowledge about cable plus the experience of 2 billion test cycles that are annually realized in the company-owned chainflex® laboratory. The steadily growing product range of the chainflex® special cables is based on the requirements of our customers. igus® also manufactures cables for special applications and uses a wide range of materials and manufacturing processes. Buttweld fittings according to ANSI B 16.9 Extensive stock range in special materials We can deliver Buttweld Fittings in numerous dimensions and materials directly from stock at short notice. Pipe bends with different radii (seamless and welded), T-pieces, reducers and caps essentially make up the product groups Buttweld Fittings (buttweld fittings). We only deliver goods of European origin. Special materials In particular, we supply special materials, which are generally only rarely requested, at short notice from our extensive range in stock. We supply tailored, special parts manufactured with our state-of-the-art cold-moulding and extrusion equipment. We can press cold-moulded articles – whether solid, semi-hollow or hollow – according to your drawings. Complex moulded parts and individual, special projects are our strengths. Our cold-moulding competence covers flanged bolts, studded parts, stepped bores and parts with an internal or external thread. Possible materials: Regular steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, light metals. Available with all standard surfaces.

Know-how for special applications There are applications with very special requirements for the heat exchanger. Due to its decades of experience, Anthermo GmbH has the necessary know-how to be able to build special heat exchangers for special applications. So every year we build numerous heat exchangers that are a bit off the standard. Dimensioning with EDP programs With the help of EDP programs, Anthermo GmbH is also able to dimension and technically design special heat exchangers. The technical design and dimensioning is strictly based on the specifications and requirements of the customer. After the design, a three-dimensional CAD model is created. The CAD drawing approved by the customer forms the basis for production with the most modern IT-supported production systems.
