Do you own a measuring device from HGL Dynamics and want to use it to obtain reliable measured values in the future? In this case, calibration is essential. We will advise you on the selection of the right calibration method for your amplifier. In addition, we also offer a factory calibration of your HGL measuring devices according to your specifications. All calibration references we use are traceable to national and international standards. We will be happy to prepare a suitable offer for this.

We design this training according to your wishes: For newcomers, we offer basic seminars on dynamic data acquisition. It doesn't matter whether you already have a measuring system or want to procure one first. We explain the basics of the most common sensors used in dynamic measurement technology, explain the general functionality of dynamic measuring systems and show, using the example of HGL hardware and software, how a dynamic measurement task can be prepared, carried out and evaluated. If you already have measurement technology from HGL, we offer you further courses to further deepen and optimize the handling of hardware and software. Here we focus entirely on your needs. We can provide an in-depth overview of the various hardware or software components or concentrate on individual aspects and deepen them.

In this training course, you will learn about different measurement methods that you can use for your measurement tasks. You will learn how to select and apply the appropriate measurement method. You will get an overview of the advantages and disadvantages of different measurement methods, such as optical, acoustic, or electrical methods. The training is aimed at anyone involved in measurements, e.g. engineers, technicians, quality managers or scientists. The training lasts one day and covers the following topics: Measuring principles and application examples; Optical, electrical, thermal, mechanical, ... measurement; From measurands to measurement data; Structuring the test task; Documentation.

For customers who prefer an individual software solution, we offer various interfaces for the integration of HGL measuring devices. These range from low-level network APIs, Windows® DLLs, LabVIEW™ toolkits, and iDDS support to single-instrument applications (apps) for simple measurement tasks. HGL offers tailor-made PC solutions that have been specially developed to form a holistic measurement system in combination with HGL amplifiers. The PCs offer sufficient power reserves and storage capacity to operate several measuring devices in parallel on one computer and are compact in design. The compatibility with the existing measurement hardware was tested in numerous test series. Different form factors offer different ways to accommodate the computer hardware. In the 19" format, installation in measuring cabinets is no problem. Other form factors offer the option of mounting the PC directly to the back of a monitor. Network switches integrated into the PC hardware provide additional flexibility and clarity when setting up and operating complex measurement systems.

Timer for complex system architectures With the Synch Box, even complex measurement systems can be synchronized with external time sources. The Synch Box provides a time signal via LVDS, which connects all connected amplifiers and guarantees a sample-accurate synchronization of the data. It can also be synchronized with other timers (IRIG, GPS, ...) via external inputs.
