Switch probes are contact probes with integrated switch function, that opens or closes after a certain travel. This is very useful for testing the presence or exact position of a component or a connector element.

These high-power bimetal operated temperature switches are available either with normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO) contact configuration. The robust round metal enclosure accommodates a resilient preloading disk, a bimetal disk and a silver contact. The compact switch system is covered by means of a plate which also carries a silver contact and is isolated from the enclosure by means of an isolating washer. The resilient preloading disk ensures excellent performance. The resilient preloading disk keeps the contact pressure constant throughout the entire temperature range of the BEDIA switch until switching occurs. The mechanically and electrically unloaded bimetal disk snaps over at a preset temperature, with either opening or closing the contact arrangement. The bimetal will only snap back to its initial condition after the temperature has dropped significantly.

The Type 2040 an visual and electronic position indicator for mounting on pneumatic valves with linear or rotary actuator is characterized by a compact design, the possibility to identify the valve position via switch contacts. The various configurations and diagnostic function can be managed via the standard Schubert & Salzer PC Software "DeciveConfig".

In the tried-and-tested, gasketed design, the EC-series offers many benefits to the user on top of its ease of operation. Due to the internal drainage, use in even the most hygienically clean areas is possible. The press lock is performed by an automatically self-regulating pneumatic/hydraulic closing system. The automatic closing pressure maintenance ensures that the plate pack always remains closed. An adjustable pressure switch with a potential-free contact is provided for integration into the customer's control system. This prevents the feeding pump from running uncontrollably. Also, as with all AQUACHEM filter presses, the discharge manifold can be generated here at the customer's request. Due to the gasketed design, the seamless backflushing of the filter media in the filter press is possible. The filter press frame is phosphated and powder-coated, offering a high level of protection against external influences.

The profiled guide slide PFS is available in 5 series with sizes from 100 mm up to 425 mm width and strokes up to 2000 mm. To protect them against dirt accumulations, the slides are covered with bellow covers. Other covers on request. The slides are available in aluminium (nature anodized), or casted iron GGK-25. Optional steel C-45. The ball thread spindle drives are available in the qualities T5 and T7 with spindle pitches from 5 to 50 mm. Fast and accurate measurements of the smallest resistance values are possible with the milliohmmeter RESISTOMAT® model 2316. Due to the rugged aluminium injection moulding desktop housing with membrane keypad it is suitable for use in laboratory and industrial environment likewise. The DK32/34 is a variable area (VA) flowmeter for measuring low flow rates of liquids and gases. The tried and tested meter is particularly suitable for flow monitoring and dosing in gas analyser systems or on purge panels. Due to its robust all-metal design it can also be used in difficult process conditions with temperatures up to +200°C / +392°F or pressures up to 400 barg / 5800 psig. It is available with a metering valve as standard to accurately set the flow value. The DK32/34 operates without auxiliary power supply. The device just features a local indication with two optional MIN/MAX limit switches (NAMUR) or a reed contact. To provide constant flow rates in case of variable inlet or outlet pressures, the VA meter is also available with flow regulators. It comes with horizontal or vertical process connections for NPT or G thread and many other connection options. The VA meter has various approvals for hazardous areas.

This involves a play-free electronic switching cam encoder (abbreviated to: NOCI) with a maximum of four galvanically separated1) SIL2 switching outputs that can be set by the customer, and which are activated or deactivated depending on the respective position of the drive shaft. A parameterisable multiturn absolute encoder with incremental interface as well as the four switching outputs are integrated in the compact housing. The switching outputs can be preset. A special shaft design appropriate to the play-compensating measurement gear ZRS is available.
