These high-power bimetal operated temperature switches are available either with normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO) contact configuration. The robust round metal enclosure accommodates a resilient preloading disk, a bimetal disk and a silver contact. The compact switch system is covered by means of a plate which also carries a silver contact and is isolated from the enclosure by means of an isolating washer. The resilient preloading disk ensures excellent performance. The resilient preloading disk keeps the contact pressure constant throughout the entire temperature range of the BEDIA switch until switching occurs. The mechanically and electrically unloaded bimetal disk snaps over at a preset temperature, with either opening or closing the contact arrangement. The bimetal will only snap back to its initial condition after the temperature has dropped significantly.

The Type 2040 an visual and electronic position indicator for mounting on pneumatic valves with linear or rotary actuator is characterized by a compact design, the possibility to identify the valve position via switch contacts. The various configurations and diagnostic function can be managed via the standard Schubert & Salzer PC Software "DeciveConfig".

In the tried-and-tested, gasketed design, the EC-series offers many benefits to the user on top of its ease of operation. Due to the internal drainage, use in even the most hygienically clean areas is possible. The press lock is performed by an automatically self-regulating pneumatic/hydraulic closing system. Also, as with all AQUACHEM filter presses, the discharge manifold can be generated here at the customer's request. Due to the gasketed design, the seamless backflushing of the filter media in the filter press is possible. The filter press frame is phosphated and powder-coated, offering a high level of protection against external influences.

Compacted material terminals made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1, in bare and tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated upon request, in hard or soft annealed. Cross-section ranging from 1 mm² to 95 mm² depending on welding area. Compact welded terminals of different copper strands can be automated processed. A production of individual parts is possible as well as large-scale production. Resistance welded strands by LEONI are particularly suitable for high-voltage battery connectors, for high power connectors, for switch contacts and for special applications.

The optimized mechanics, including a stainless steel metal shaft, combined with micro switches allow for reliable switching for currents up to 10 A and voltages up to 240 V, while only taking less than 24 mm space below the panel. The spring return mechanism guarantees for safe control of the application. A cross- and one-dimensional limiter are both supplied with the shipment. The protection is IP65 above the panel. On request, switches with gold-plated contacts are available for corrosive surroundings.
