Various requirements are imposed on modern device connection technology today. The main issues are progress in miniaturisation in engine and machine design as well as applications with increased power requirements. Safe data transmission must always be guaranteed, even in harsh environmental conditions. For connection on the device side, CONEC offers a broad range of unit side connectors. Fields of application are, amongst others: distribution cabinets, engine and speed sensor connection technology

Round copper wire made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1 and LEONI Histral® alloys, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated, soft annealed. Single wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.254 mm. Number of wires used for strands: between 2 and 16 (subject to single-wire diameter). Single wire or multi wire on special bobbins fit for use in braiding machines. The braids manufactured by these machines are used in cables and conductors geared towards electromagnetic shielding or protection against damage as well as serving as a reinforcement.

Tubular-knitted copper tape made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1 in tin-plated, bare upon request, soft annealed. Single wire diameter Ø 0.10 mm, processed in 1 x 0.10 mm or 2 x 0.10 mm. Width 25 mm. For electrical shielding.

Shielding braids consist of bobbin wires, located parallel, which have been braided into a tube. Manufactured from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1, LEONI-Histral®-alloys (upon request), aluminium and stainless steel, with coating in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Sinlge-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.10 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.25 mm² bis 400 mm². Tubular shielding braid is smoothly expandable and has a very good shielding effect. The couverage can be determined precisely by changing the braiding angle. Suitable for electrical and mechanical shielding of wires, cables, cable bundles and cable harnesses.

• The aluminium hard hat bracket fits the MSA V-Gard; Centurion Vulcan 12 and 25 and UVEX AIRWING helmets • The bracket is easy to attach to the hard hat • Secure fit on the hard hat due to a powerful tension spring • The bracket is made of robust aluminium profiles and is heat and corrosion resistant • The broad overlapping of the profiles ensures a good seal at the top • The face shields can be lifted into 4 positions • The face shields are attached with a rotating fastener

• The mesh visor is made of galvanized wire cloth • From the outside the mesh visor is covered with aluminised fabric • It shields the face against radiant heat • The mesh visor has a window opening for lenses with the dimensions 60 x 120mm • Among others, blue inspection glasses, green welding glasses, or clear glasses can be utilized in the window opening • The lenses are securely clamped in the lens frame by two steel springs • Like the other face shields, the mesh visors are also attached to an aluminium hard hat bracket (e.g. GFKHH003) • The blackened inner side ensures good visibility and prevents the wearer from being blinded by glare

In those areas where employees meet each other or where sales staff and customers are standing together, special hygiene regulations must be observed in the current situation. The "Construct" partition wall is ideal for protecting employees and customers. The silver anodised aluminium square tube provides the basis for setting up the plastic panel. It is crystal clear and, with a size of 1000 mm width and 800 mm height, offers exactly the right hygiene protection for separating the breathing areas of at least one person standing. For transport, the partition wall can be divided in height. The spitting protection wall has a total height of 2000 mm and offers optimal application possibilities, for example at cash registers or service counters. Adjoining workplaces can thus be easily separated from each other, while room brightness and atmosphere are only slightly affected. Documents or goods can be pushed through under the separating pane.
