Round copper wire made from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1 and LEONI Histral® alloys, in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated and silver-plated, soft annealed. Single wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.05 mm to Ø 0.254 mm. Number of wires used for strands: between 2 and 16 (subject to single-wire diameter). Single wire or multi wire on special bobbins fit for use in braiding machines. The braids manufactured by these machines are used in cables and conductors geared towards electromagnetic shielding or protection against damage as well as serving as a reinforcement.

Tubular-knitted copper tape made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1 in tin-plated, bare upon request, soft annealed. Single wire diameter Ø 0.10 mm, processed in 1 x 0.10 mm or 2 x 0.10 mm. Width 25 mm. For electrical shielding.

Shielding braids consist of bobbin wires, located parallel, which have been braided into a tube. Manufactured from Cu-ETP1, Cu-OF1, LEONI-Histral®-alloys (upon request), aluminium and stainless steel, with coating in bare, tin-plated, nickel-plated or silver-plated, hard or soft annealed. Sinlge-wire diameter ranging from Ø 0.10 mm to Ø 0.40 mm. Cross-section ranging from 0.25 mm² bis 400 mm². Tubular shielding braid is smoothly expandable and has a very good shielding effect. The couverage can be determined precisely by changing the braiding angle. Suitable for electrical and mechanical shielding of wires, cables, cable bundles and cable harnesses.

Flat-knitted copper tape made from Cu-ETP1 and Cu-OF1 in tin-plated, bare upon request, soft annealed. Single wire diameter Ø 0.10 mm, processed in three-fold and eight-fold. Width of flat-knitted copper from 20 mm to 100 mm. For electrical shielding.

The EM 600 can integrate up to six successive process tools in one single station. After insertion, the cable remains in a fixed position while the tools move towards the cable to provide optimum protection for the HV cable wires. The total cycle time of an EM 600 station is approx. 35 seconds for all operations of this station, with a total capacity of approx. 400,000 cable ends per year.

The Quick connector is a reliable way to connect a corrugated tube to the connecting cuff and allows for quick and easy assembly or disassembly. The already simple application of our innovative polymer fiber filter FIBALON® is made even easier with our new FIBALON®rope. 8, FIBALON® nets arranged like on a rope of pearls for almost all common pool filters. The filter material can be removed and replaced with just one handgrip. Our special mesh ensures optimal alignment and orientation of the FIBALON® filter balls during the filtration process. In addition, the net acts similarly to a protective shield. By means of a special welding technique, both the net and the welding seams, are chemically- and in particular chlorine-persistent. Due to the use of the new FIBALON®rope, the application of our backwashing grid is obsolete. For FIBALON®rope we also use our optimized fiber combination and other process innovations offers an incomparably high selectivity of 8 microns. All advantages of FIBALON®3D can be adapted and it promises an even easier handling.
