The SmartMeth™ control system is a fully automated nitrogen methanol mixing system for heat treating furnace atmosphere production. The SmartMeth™ utilizes the latest in precision differential pressure flow measurement and touch screen controller design. This first of its kind system with built-in flow rate calculation automatically sets the nitrogen and methanol flow rates based on a desired %CO furnace concentration. IFA Technology considers your individual requirements and builds customised mixing systems for you. Powder dispersion units are used for agglomerate-free wetting of powdery substances with liquid substances. Our mixing systems are adapted to your needs and generate a vacuum using a rotor-stator principle. This sucks in the powder and mixes it directly in the liquid flow in the mixing unit. Even difficult materials can be processed without any problems thanks to the dust-free suction with the aid of guide jet mixers or rotor-stator mixing units. In addition to the automated feeding of liquid and powdery materials, the complete system from IFA Technology includes a dispersion unit with mixing tank and purification system. The dispersion system can be implemented in batch operation (as homogeneous as possible mixing of the components) or inline (fully continuous mixing of the components). Variants directly in the mixing tank are alternatives to conventional agitators.

Short description: With double syringe This transparent adhesive retains elasticity after curing and is ideal for jobs in construction and assembly and in fact in all cases where the use of WEICON Easy-Mix Systems would not be efficient. Viscid, self-levelling, very short pot life (3 - 4 minutes), fast-curing, almost colourless, glass clear. WEICON Epoxy Minute Adhesive is especially suitable for occasionally necessary repair and maintenance works. It is applied by using the practical double syringe. This means that resin and hardener are delivered automatically in the right proportions. After this, the mixing is done manually.

Klöpper Therm electric flow boilers are used for generating hot water in heating units for direct heating, storage operation or for Power to Heat systems. As an alternative to other energy types in new buildings or when converting central heating units, these boilers offer a universal range of applications radiator heating, floor heating, mixed systems or bivalent operation with other energy types. Depending on the relevant operating conditions of the energy supplier, the boilers are used for direct or storage heating by utilising free electric power during off peak times.

The one-part NDT X-ray chemistry ensures absolutely brilliant results in industrial film processing and is tried and tested in oil & gas, aviation, nuclear and military applications. As it is free of hazardous substances, it is not subject to any transport restrictions, it is odorless and free of hazardous and carcinogenic ingredients. It can be used universally and is therefore also suitable for mixed systems with different devices and X-ray films.

OUR IN-HOUSE TEST PLANT AND LAB In order to ensure the high quality and long service life of our agitators, we have set up an in-house plant for testing our agitators. At the end of the manufacturing process, all of our agitators undergo a specific test procedure with a final test run. Here, we can test agitators with a shaft length of up to twelve meters. When designing our agitators, we use fluid mechanics simulations in our in-house laboratory. All Geppert mixing systems are delivered with O&M Manual and worldwide technical service.

The application range includes everything from processing of viscous components to paste-like products with poor flow. The range of food applications is exceptionally broad and there are also various applications for the pharmaceutical industry. The conical shape permits thorough residue-free discharge. The wet mixer system is a vertical mixing system for batch processes. The geometry of the conical or cylindrical mixing vessel, the arrangement and shape of the tools and their peripheral speed are adapted to each other in all sizes, resulting in effective mixing of all components. Depending on the process engineering tasks, the individual mixing tools are combined to form one tool both for material transport and for dispersion and disagglomeration processes. The installation height in the vessel is adjustable within a wide range. An adjustable deflector can be used to affect the product movement in a systematic fashion.

The high-shear mixer is a system for mixing, granulation of pharmaceutical powders and granulated products. Moreover, it is suitable for a wide range of cosmetics and food products. A three-bladed mixing tool rotates in a vertical, cylindrical mixing vessel close to the wall and to the bottom of the vessel. The shape and peripheral speed of the mixing tool create a vortex-like circulation of the mix. A separately driven chopper is used for breaking up agglomerated products as well as for moistening and granulation. Liquid addition is either gravimetric or uses a pump to add liquid directly to the effective range of the chopper, so that the best possible distribution is ensured. The optional wet sieve on the discharge ensures a completely homogeneous distribution of the granulate size. The PC/PLC-based control system to be compliant with CFR-21 Part 11. The updated user interface permits intuitive machine operation in service and automatic mode for production and cleaning operation.

The permanently installed GEDA 1200 ZP P transport platform is the strong and versatile partner for heavy loads and efficient working. People and materials are transported quickly, but – most importantly – safely. The wide range of industrial applications include asphalt mixing systems, power stations, cement works, chemical plants as well as the warehousing and logistics sector. With the flexible system, the GEDA 1200 ZP P transport platform can be adapted to individual customer requirements and on-site conditions. In addition to the three different speed variants, there is also an extensive range of platform versions. The highlight: Despite the high load capacity of 1,500 kg, the GEDA 1200 ZP P transport platform is guided on only one mast, thanks to the low anchoring forces.

The RCV Plus™ Gas Mixing System is a combination of flow meters specifically designed to monitor and control the ratio of two gases. It consists of an RCV Plus™ and a FLO-TRONIC Plus™. The RCV Plus™ utilizes a micro-processor that continuously compares a preset ratio to the real-time ratio of the two gas flows, as measured by the FLO-TRONIC Plus™, and the ratio control valve itself. Using a stepper motor, the RCV Plus™ continuously adjusts the flow metering needle-valve to precisely maintain the preset gas ratio. The real-time ratio is continuously displayed on the LCD screen of the RCV Plus™. Included in the RCV Plus™ is an optional input for the addition of a trim gas, which is frequently used for process control. Trim gas addition is additive to the ratio. When trim gas is used, the continuously displayed real-time ratio then includes the trim gas addition.

The ExoFlex™ line of exothermic gas generators is designed to generate lean or rich exothermic gas. The generator includes automatic output turndown to 20% of the generator capacity with little loss of efficiency using the patented, maintenance-free ExoInjector™ gas mixing system. Thanks to a patented fuel injection technology that utilizes electronic flow measurement and precise ratio control, ExoFlex™ consistently provides the ideal mixture for high quality gas production. Another innovative design feature is the trim control input with programmable control range for precise generator control, which also eliminates the need for extra meters or valves. The ExoInjector™ easily replaces existing carburetor/pump designs for a significant reduction in process costs.

The EndoInjector™ is a precise gas mixing / control system for endothermic gas generators. It incorporates a patented fuel injection design that utilizes electronic flow measurement and precise ratio control to consistently provide the ideal gas mixture for high quality endo gas generation. The fuel injection design automatically delivers gas mixture on demand, providing only as much endothermic gas as furnaces require to reduce operating costs and eliminate gas waste. EndoInjector™ typically pays for itself in less than 1 year. The ExoInjector™ is designed specifically for exothermic gas generators. While similar in concept, the ExoInjector™ differs from the EndoInjector™ in that it comes in modified mechanical versions to accommodate pre-mix or nozzle-mix burners with a custom HMI software that allows for predefined ratio set points for burner ignition, rich exo, and lean exothermic gas. The system can be modified to provide hydrogen content control and water vapor monitoring.
