In order to meet the demands for robustness and efficient heat output, we have embroidered the heating element on a glass mesh fabric carrier material. Between the meandering arrangement of the heating strands, we integrate a recess for the temperature switch in the CAD layout. In addition, a second wire is laid concurrently as a PTC thermistor for the electrical connection of the safety switch. After the technical embroidery process, the safety switch is inserted and connected by our company’s respective department. Each prefabricated element is tested for functionality and performance in the final inspection and is delivered to the customer after passing the test. As a semi-finished product, the infrared heating element on glass mesh fabric can be further processed by the customer, e.g. in connection with silicone, rubber or epoxy resin.

• The mesh visor is made of galvanized wire cloth • It shields the face against radiant heat • The mesh visors are offered in two sizes: 500x250mm and 500x300mm • Like the other face shields, the mesh visors are also attached to an aluminium hard hat bracket (e.g. GFKHH003) • The blackened inner side ensures good visibility and prevents the wearer from being blinded by glare

To protect your goods from condensation or condensation water, it is possible to integrate a special underlay tarpaulin. It consists of mesh fabric, which allows moisture to diffuse from the inside of the hall to the outside. The fields of application of our condensation water protected halls: - Storage for temperature-insensitive goods - protected loading of transporters - protected parking and storage area - Picking for goods of all kinds - Maintenance and repair When single-layer tarpaulins in the roof are no longer sufficient, we at HR-Structures recommend our modern thermal tarpaulins. Produced in membrane technology, the two-layer roof and gable covering has a heat-insulating effect and prevents condensation on the underside of the roof tarpaulin. It consists of two shells, which are filled with air and thus provide additional insulation and protection against condensation. As wall cladding we recommend here the trapezoidal sheet.

This glass fiber fabric or facade fabric is coated with a Teflon coating . The chemical term for Teflon is PTFE. The unique properties of Teflon are already known from many other applications, e.g. the incomparable dirt repellency and the high stability against environmental influences. Due to these properties, the PTFE MESH glass fabric is the perfect material for your building envelope. A facade concept with which building structures can be marketed much more attractively. In the textile PTFE MESH fabric, we combine very strong glass fibers to form a defined, non-flammable mesh and encapsulate the fibers with a special PTFE coating. These Teflon fabrics are stretched over frames that are hung in front of the building's facade. The hole size can be chosen so that it is easy to look through the facade from the inside of the building. From the outside, the building appears as a light and clear surface.

Polyester resins (UP resins) form the basis of our product range in the glass fibre reinforced plastic systems business area – with a wide variety of applications. They range from thixotrope standard systems for manual lamination and fibre spraying to low-viscosity standard formulations for polymer concrete and sanitary applications to numerous special formulations for specific requirements. With a broad spectrum of properties and applications, our UP resin systems are suitable for products in a wide variety of industries. Typical properties Dense matrix / composite of approximately 1.1 g/cm³ / 1.5–1.7 g/cm³ Fibre content 25-50 % of total weight Moulded part mass per unit area of 4500-8000 g/m² Flexural modulus of elasticity 5000–25,000 MPa (with reinforcing mesh) Bending resistance of 130–260 MPa (with reinforcing mesh) Impact resistance of 45–95 KJ/m² Reinforcing materials: Continuous or cut glass fibre mats, fleece Mesh Non-crimp fabrics Special formulations and versions Styrene-reduced, environmentally friendly formulations Low-viscosity injection resins with reduced exothermic peak Formulations for the pultrusion process Systems with high chemical and hydrolysis resistance DIN 1140 versions with special mechanical values and dimensional stability under heat greater than 100 °C (HDT > 100 °C) Resins with good adhesion for combination with PVC Resin systems with shipping industry approval: Det Norske Veritas/Lloyd’s Register of Shipping/Germanic Lloyd Coordination with gel coat/top coat for surface refinement Flame protection formulations Electrical industry: UL 94 V0 Rail vehicle construction: DIN 5510 (S4, SR2, ST2)
