The electrical fine control valve makes it possible to adjust volume flows precisely via an input signal (4-20 mA) and to approach an exact spindle position. The valve can also be controlled by a 24V continuous voltage. Position feedback is implemented by a 4-20 mA output signal. With an additional adapter, the valve can also be connected via an RS-232 interface to a computer. The valves are available in 1/4" (10-200 l/h of water) and 1/2" (50-500 l/h of water).

Application: E-gas, idle speed control The information detected from the pedal sensor are transmitted to the electric motor-driven throttle valve positionier via control and correction electronics. The current throttle valve position is measured by an integrated or adapted angle sensor. The idle controller regulates independent of the load the idling speed or the engine through the throttle position. This leads to an optimised fuel consumption. With its rugged housing and a stainless steel sensor element, the transducer is particularly robust and ideally suited to the harshest environments. This also means that the sensor can be installed anywhere with no effect on the measurement signal. The built-in instrumentation amplifier converts the sensor signals into noise-immune voltage signals or current signals that can be transmitted over relatively long distances. For high viscose materials, a front-level membrane M12 x 1 is available, and with this disruptive dead volumes can be expelled. The sensor has a small protected hole on the rear to allow measurement of atmospheric pressure (measurement type relative). For the absolute measurement option, the applied pressure is measured with respect to an enclosed vacuum. As an electrical connection, a DIN 43650A valve connector or an M12 x 1, 4-pin connection is available.

KAMAT foot valves and foot switches are products of the highest technical quality. They are designed for opening and closing the water supply to high pressure blasting equipment. This valve can be used to open and close the water supply to a high pressure blasting unit. The water is supplied by a high pressure hose connected to the foot valve. When the pedal of the valve is depressed, the valve opens. When the pedal is released, the valve closes and the water is discharged through the bypass without pressure. The foot valve and high pressure pump can also be connected via an electrical switch. If the pump has a suitable control, the pressure generation is switched on or off mechanically when the valve is actuated. The KAMAT foot valve has been designed and constructed in accordance with the rules of technology and applicable standards and guidelines.

For special applications, individual high-pressure systems are required, which KAMAT can provide from the initial project idea to the turnkey installation, with 100% of the production taking place in-house.
