Application: E-gas, idle speed control The information detected from the pedal sensor are transmitted to the electric motor-driven throttle valve positionier via control and correction electronics. The current throttle valve position is measured by an integrated or adapted angle sensor. The idle controller regulates independent of the load the idling speed or the engine through the throttle position. This leads to an optimised fuel consumption. The GEMÜ 539 2/2-way globe valve has a hollow shaft actuator and is electrically operated. The eSyDrive hollow shaft actuator can be operated as an OPEN/CLOSE actuator or as an actuator with integrated positioner or process controller. The valve spindle is sealed by a self-adjusting gland packing providing low maintenance and reliable valve spindle sealing even after a long service life. A wiper ring fitted in front of the gland packing protects the seal against contamination and damage. Application possibilities and advantages of the TCJ series If you use a fluid or fluids up to a viscosity of max. 100 mm²/s at 20 °C (except for substances containing paint, resin and glue), then our self-priming systems of the TCJ series are just the right thing for you. The advantage of our TCJ system is that it reduces and prevents dirt ingress into your process. Our 10- and 25-litre systems are adapted to commercially available fluid containers. This allows the container to be directly changed — without cumbersome refilling. The result is no dirt in the container and thus a process that continues to function optimally. The 3/2way solenoid valves are electrically operated solenoid valves with three connections and two switching positions. These valves are hermetically sealed on the outside and have proven themselves when used with liquid, gaseous, dirty, or poisonous (toxic) media. Even if the seals are completely worn out, no process medium can escape.
