According to the destined application we use polyester, silicone, teflon and glass fibre for our drum heaters and container heaters. Some of the materials are coated and multi-layered resp. combined. Our drum heaters can be used individually and in combination and can be ordered and delivered online (shop.freek.de) for all standard drum sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 litres). Of course, we also manufacture our heating jackets, heating sleeves, base heaters and insulating bonnets individually to fit your container and your special application. Plastic for welding … Welding is often the simplest and best way of fastening. The range of different perforated plates offers a wide range of applications. The systems of the VEE model series are ideally suited for labelling medium-sized containers such as buckets, paint cans and canisters in all industries such as food, chemicals, paints and varnishes - regardless of whether these are oval, round or rectangular plastic or metal containers. Depending on the customer's requirements, the products can be aligned before the labelling process, and any plastic or metal handles can be brought into the position required for labelling. Optionally, the labelling system can be expanded to include additional labelling stations for applying a lid label, if required.

An alternative to conductive heat sealing is contact induction sealing, which is particularly suitable for sealing demanding container materials such as e.g. glass, metal or ceramic. An electromagnetic field is built up by a generator via an induction coil that is housed in the sealing head. The molecules of the aluminum foil are set in rotating vibrations, creating heat that is used for the sealing process. Our sealing machines PolySeal Vario PN and PolySeal Vario Twin as well as all fully automatic sealing systems can be equipped with induction technology.

The cost-efficient infrared emitter JSIR340-4 is optimized for NDIR gas analysis and other infrared measurement applications such as DIR spectroscopy, ATR spectroscopy or PAS spectroscopy. The membrane of the cmOS based IR emitter reaches membrane temperatures of up to 800 °C. It provides long-term stable radiation output for industrial applications for control and monitoring of process gases, associated gases at ambient temperatures between -20 and 85 °C. The packaging version in the standard TO housing with cap is suitable for measuring distances up to 2 cm. The MEMS chip used in our IR emitters consists of a multilayer hot plate diaphragm containing a high temperature stable metal C-MOSI layer.
