On behalf of customers our highly-qualified team at GW Batterien checks and maintains used batteries or reconditions them in accordance with technical standards. This means you have fully-functioning batteries again with certified quality in no time at all and with little additional expense. Partial reconditioning or full reconditioning is carried out depending on the age and state of the battery which has been in operational use.

Through the opportunity of reconditioning (rework) of bearings this process can be realized considerably more cost-efficient compared to exchange of bearings. Reconditioning of bearings and bearing units can already be economic from an outer diameter of 180 mm. The costs of reconditioning account to approx. 50 to 85 % of the sales price. Please consider the larger a bearing is the more economic is its reconditioning. Usually the lead time for reconditioning is even shorter than for newly produced bearings. In addition to repair of our own bearings we are also able to repair bearings made by other manufacturers.
