The Weber Slicer 905 combines innovative slicing technology with versatility, efficiency and ease of operation. The product control system has been upgraded to allow for more hygienic operation and quicker disassembly for cleaning. The Weber 905 has been designed and constructed to meet the world’s highest sanitation standards. The modular design allows the Weber 905 to be used in conjunction with all Weber up and down stream accessories such as stacking, party tray, automatic infeeding unit, etc.

PurMop BLACK® C1 is a unique cleanroom mopping system, offering maximum performance and unparalleled user experience. Its telescopic handle and frame are made from carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), making it ultra light. The complete C1 system weighs only 650 g, arguably making it the most ergonomic cleanroom mop available on the market. Length adjustment can be performed using one hand only, at the push of a button either at the top or middle of the handle. A newly developed frame centring function facilitates safe overhead cleaning by preventing the frame from folding unwantedly. A further intelligent feature is the mop discarding mechanism, allowing the frame to be opened and the mop to be dropped at the simple push of a button – anywhere and without the need for a trolley. C1 is available in two color options, correlating to the color coding of the new PurMop BLACK® mops – orange for sterile models and green for non-sterile models.

The open frame XY stages KT are especially designed to provide high accuracy in compact dimensions. By the modular concept, they can be equipped with different motors and measuring systems. The open frame XY stages are particularly suitable for transmitted light applications. normalized aluminium alloy, black anodized cross roller guides, anti-backlash pre-loaded when equipped with motorized drives, anti-backlash pre-loaded ball screws are used when hand driven, with quick-release for coarse adjustment and +/- 5 mm fine-pitch thread plane parallel glass top to put on the specimen

We provide a wide range of precise high valuable accuracy classified linear stages, open or closed frame XY stages, micropositioning elements and rotary or lift tables. Closed loop operation is supported by using optional steel or glas linear scales or rotary encoders. Standard stands in grey iron cast or granite are available additionally. The positioning systems can be driven by high resolution 1-, 2- or 3-axis motion controllers with joystick and RS232/USB/LAN interface.

Open weld heads are clamped on one side of the weld joint. During welding, the gas- or water-cooled torch with hose package rotates around the tube. Switchbox for welding with two welding heads. To increase productivity, the switch box can be used to weid alternately in conjunction with a controller from the EVO series with two weid heads. All welding tools can be used, i.e., enclosed weid and open frame weid heads, turn tables or tube-to-tube sheet weid heads, gas or water cooled, with or without wire feed or AVC. By pressing the start button on the weid head, the welding program suitable for the respective weid head will get loaded. The weid head that is not being used is locked and can get prepared for the next welding.
