This manual labelling solution was developed to apply one or more seal labels to folding boxes in small batches - before fully automatic lines are changed over to the product, the products are already sealed with this device. The seal label can be applied to all closure flaps as required. An ultrasonic fork sensor enables the processing of transparent and non-transparent sealing labels. Label roll-on across corners is clean and accurate. The MAT model series serves as a mobile terminal for all aspects of aggregation and rework. Aggregation and rework can take place over several levels. With its compact design the tool sets blind rivet nuts up to M12. Furthermore the GBM 40-R has a great application access and low weight. The ratchet function provides a very good power transmission. The exchange of nosepiece and threaded mandrel is possible without any tool. Nosepiece and threaded mandrel are also compatible with the GBM 50.

With its compact design the tool sets blind rivet nuts up to M12. Furthermore the GBM 50 has a quick-drill establishment for a simple and safe drilling of the blind rivet nuts. The tool provides low effort by high lever. The exchange of nosepiece and threaded mandrel is possible without any tool. Nosepiece and threaded mandrel are also compatible with the GBM 40-R.

The workstation enables the manual serialisation of pharmaceutical packs and their aggregation into shipping cartons. For this purpose, each individual box is first printed with order-related serialisation data by a thermal inkjet printing system and then manually placed in a shipping carton. As soon as this is filled, the downstream thermal transfer printer creates an individual serialisation label. The correct print data and print quality are monitored by a camera system. The operator places the drug packs to be labelled at a reference edge of the conveyor belt. As soon as the printer has printed the serialisation data, it is checked for correctness by the integrated image processing system. In case of an error, the product stops at a certain position, which is marked by red LEDs. Depending on the number of products in the shipping carton/number of aggregation levels, approx. 10-12 products/min are serialised.

This workstation enables the manual serialisation of drug packages and their aggregation into shipping cases. For this purpose, each individual box is first printed with order-related serialisation data by a thermal inkjet printing system as it passes by and then manually placed in a shipping carton. As soon as it is filled, the downstream thermal transfer label printer creates an individual serialisation label. The correct print data and print quality are permanently monitored by a vision system. The operator places the medicine products to be serialized on a reference edge at the infeed. As soon as the thermal inkjet printer has printed the serialisation data, the integrated vision system checks that the data is correct. If an error is detected (e.g. insufficient grading), the product stops at a certain position marked by red LEDs. The removal of the rejected product must be confirmed by pressing a button on the HMI.

The Select laser class 1 welding system offers maximum flexibility for complex welding tasks with 3 different operating modes (manual, semiautomatic and CNC), large working chamber space for bulky/heavy components and servo motorcontrolled linear axes. The Performance Family consists of three different models of manual laser welders Performace Basic, Performance Unlimited and Performance Open. Depending on the configuration, they enable the processing of components either in a closed working chamber, a closed working chamber with lasersafe safety curtain, or open without a working chamber, depending on the size of the component to be processed. Optionally, the system can also be equipped with a motorized rotary axis and can thus also be used for very demanding tasks where precision and reliability are the critical factors..

The Coherent desktop laser is a universally applicable, compact system for manual welding tasks. To ensure reliability and high quality process results, the system features computercontrolled laser pulses, monitored cooling, easy workpiece positioning via the stereo microscope, and a welding assistance system. The efficient housing design provides a large work space, yet is compact enough to fit in tight spaces.
