The KEBAFORM range consists of individually designed engineering solutions resulting in the creation of innovative fasteners. This range fits various requirements, such as holder, stop bolt, distance sleeve, or adjustment element. Multiple phased cold-forming manufacturing processes create a unique and advantageous end product. This know-how and technology allow for a complex fastening element to be formed in up to six blows. The APG-process by HÜBERS permits short cycle times thanks to rapid gelation and demoulding with automatic opening and closing of the mould. During the gelling process, fresh material is supplied continuously to the mould under pressure in order to prevent cracks and voids and to compensate for the shrinkage of the material. The mould is held together by the clamping machine. The degassed material is injected into the APG mould directly from the static mixer. Shrinkage compensation is carried out by the HÜBERS metering pumps. One central mixing and metering system can serve several clamping machines. In this case each clamping machine has its own static mixer positioned directly in front of the mould and also has its own shrinkage compensation unit to maintain the pressure. The system is supplied via a ring line which requires no maintenance and is free of sedimentation. In principle the length of this line is insignificant.

The coating of the newly developed CopyMax®2 insert from LMT Kieninger is Nanomold Gold, which is already an indication of top performance in mold and die making. SURVOS products are optimally suited to sheet metal forming, machining and assembly technology. Our SURVOS has also been successfully used in cutting and punching aluminium sheets, steel sheets, copper and brass sheets, in cold profiling, bending, embossing, sawing and drilling aluminium profiles for decades. SURVOS detaches from a workpiece with 100% residue-free evaporation even when the parts lie flat on top of each other. Only selected raw materials of the highest purity are used for SURVOS. One of the main components is dearomatized hydrocarbons of the highest quality. As a metal processing medium that evaporates residue-free, SURVOS combines optimum lubricity with favourable values for evaporation speed, toxicology and environmental protection. All SURVOS products are classified according to REACH (EC 1907/ 2006) and do not contain any substance that is on the list of candidates for SOVHC.

Beside the non-dressable CBN grinding tools, dressable grinding tools of leading manufacturers can be used on our machines, too. Vitrified bond aluminium oxide tools are dominant. Sintered aluminium oxide is preferred as the grinding tool for grinding of steel due to its resilience and grinding capability. Gray cast-iron can also be processed with normal aluminium oxide. The profiling of the grinding tools takes place via a machine-integrated CNC dressing unit. A diamond-plated, rotating dressing tool profiles the wheel in accordance with the respective gear parameters. The grinding tool is conditioned specifically for rough or finish grinding by selecting respective technological dressing parameters. Form consistency and cutting capacity of the grinding wheel is assured by repeated dressings, dependent on pre-defined stock removal rates.
