The KEBAFORM range consists of individually designed engineering solutions resulting in the creation of innovative fasteners. This range fits various requirements, such as holder, stop bolt, distance sleeve, or adjustment element. Multiple phased cold-forming manufacturing processes create a unique and advantageous end product. This know-how and technology allow for a complex fastening element to be formed in up to six blows. THE BENEFITS OF TWO WORLDS Series components made of metal with complex shapes are usually very time-consuming and expensive to put into production -- but luckily there is now a superior alternative for these kinds of demanding workpieces in the form of MIM technology from Zimmer Group! The MIM process allows us to manufacture metal parts of almost any shape using an injection molding process, as easily as though it were plastic! This process lets us elegantly combine the geometrical freedom of plastic injection molding with the outstanding rigidity and wear characteristics of metals. The result is a thoroughly impressive technology for manufacturing metallic series production components with complex shapes -- and at very attractive prices, too!

SURVOS products are optimally suited to sheet metal forming, machining and assembly technology. Our SURVOS has also been successfully used in cutting and punching aluminium sheets, steel sheets, copper and brass sheets, in cold profiling, bending, embossing, sawing and drilling aluminium profiles for decades. SURVOS detaches from a workpiece with 100% residue-free evaporation even when the parts lie flat on top of each other. Only selected raw materials of the highest purity are used for SURVOS. One of the main components is dearomatized hydrocarbons of the highest quality. As a metal processing medium that evaporates residue-free, SURVOS combines optimum lubricity with favourable values for evaporation speed, toxicology and environmental protection. All SURVOS products are classified according to REACH (EC 1907/ 2006) and do not contain any substance that is on the list of candidates for SOVHC.

SURVOS Plus L meets the strict food law requirements of the FDA US regulations in acc. with 21 CFR 178.3620(b) and 178.3120. SURVOS Plus has a high lubricity and quickly evaporates 100%.* * According to the specifications of the DAB (German Pharmacopoeia), an evaporation residue of < 0.01% is considered to be residue-free. The evaporation residue of SURVOS Plus L is 0.0045% or 45 ppm.

SURVOS – 100% residue-free* evaporating metal processing oil. SURVOS Rapid D evaporates considerably faster than the "Standard" formulation (with a somewhat lower lubricity). SURVOS Rapid D impresses, however, with short evaporation times and is 100% residue-free*. The fluid is used in particular when operations follow each other in a short cycle sequence and no residue is allowed to remain. * According to the specifications of the DAB (German Pharmacopoeia), an evaporation residue of < 0.01% is considered to be residue-free.

DataMan 70 is equipped with high-performing 1DMax® with Hotbars® and IDQuick® that reliably read labelbased 1D and 2D barcodes with variations in contrast, blur, damage, resolution, quiet zone violations, and perspective distortion. DataMan 70 is small enough to fit in the tightest spaces, and with IP65 rated housing, it can also handle the harshest environments. An optional communication module provides the flexibility to daisychain multiple readers, making cabling fast and easy.
