Fully automatic labelling machine for labelling drum pallets IBC Conatiner All chemicals are subject to mandatory classification and labelling before they are placed on the market. Often, several labels (product label, hazardous goods label and logistics label) are used up on the containers or drum pallets. Labelling can take place in a continuous flow or at a standstill. Vacuum belts are used for transferring labels to the drum, which can process different label sizes with the appropriate special vacuum plate. The IBLM labeller can be used as a stand-alone labeller or integrated into existing production lines and filling lines.

We offer an extensive range of drum and barrel heaters and container heaters: Heating jackets, silicone drum heaters, base drum heaters and insulating but unheated drum jackets and lids for heating and insulating plastic and metal drums respectively containers. According to the destined application we use polyester, silicone, teflon and glass fibre for our drum heaters and container heaters. Some of the materials are coated and multi-layered resp. combined. Our drum heaters can be used individually and in combination and can be ordered and delivered online (shop.freek.de) for all standard drum sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 litres). Of course, we also manufacture our heating jackets, heating sleeves, base heaters and insulating bonnets individually to fit your container and your special application. The horizontal Drum and container pump F 430 TR is ideal for conveying media from IBCs, tanks and other containers with low level outlet. E.g. if a tank is not accessible from the top, or if the spatial conditions do not allow use of a vertical pump. The Drum pump F/FP 427 is ideal for hygienic applications and suitable for conveying media out of drums, IBCs and other containers. The HISDpro - Side Drum Heater is a simple yet effective silicone insulated drum heater for the heating of barrels up to 90°C. The Silicone heating jacket is available in four standard sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 liters) and can be manufactured to customer specifications as well. HISDpro heater jackets are particularly suited to melt soaps, fats, varnishes and oil-based products, or respectively reduce their viscosity. The 200-liter element can be combined with the HBD - base drum heater to reduce the heat-up time. These heater jackets are not only used on drums but also containers and any kind of glass-fibre reinforced plastics. They can be produced with any number of belts, e.g. to enable them to be clamped on to rotor blades.

The Powder Sampler Mini is a stainless steel sampler for small quantities. When the button is pressed, a sampling rod enters the sample material and retracts when released. In this way, a fixed amount of sample material is enclosed in the sample notch of the rod and removed. The sampler precisely collects 0.01 ml, 0.05 ml and 0.1 ml sample volumes, depending on the version. With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm, multiple target point samples can be collected at different depths. The small-volume powder sampler is made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (316L/316Ti). The Mini powder sampler is used for sampling powdery products from small containers, sacks, drums or open containers. Universal thread adapter for nearly all drums and other containers with opening of 48–75 mm in diameter, regardless of the respective thread. The thread adapter can be mounted quickly and easily with clamping screws and can be used for different container openings. With G2" connector thread for Bürkle drum screw connections and pumps with immersion tube diameter up to 32 mm. The container connectors make decanting even easier and safer with their more secure connection to barrels. The connectors secure the pump in the barrel, enable a vertical position change and allow the required air exchange.

Chemical pumps of the CHEM series are used as a modified version as submersible pumps for emptying drums and containers. A special feature of these pumps, as a rule no additional seals are required on the pump. Only the tank is sealed towards the atmosphere.
