Fully automatic labelling machine for labelling drum pallets IBC Conatiner All chemicals are subject to mandatory classification and labelling before they are placed on the market. Often, several labels (product label, hazardous goods label and logistics label) are used up on the containers or drum pallets. Labelling can take place in a continuous flow or at a standstill. Vacuum belts are used for transferring labels to the drum, which can process different label sizes with the appropriate special vacuum plate. The IBLM labeller can be used as a stand-alone labeller or integrated into existing production lines and filling lines.

Rent or hire mobile, drivable, foldable collection trays, e.g. for filling trucks, drums and IBC containers. These are a simple and effective means of collecting escaping substances, not only in industry when there is only a temporary need or capacity bottlenecks. UV-resistant and therefore suitable for outdoor use. There are two standard sizes for the folding tubs for hire: 1) Small: approx. 1.8 x 2.4 m x 0.3 m, volume 1344 l, 1 approx. 16 kg weight. 2) Medium: approx. 3.25 m x 3.25 m x 0.3 m, volume 2820 l, approx. 33 kg weight 3) Other sizes on request. The tub walls are foldable and the tub floor can be carefully driven over with a forklift truck.

Logistics management The useful addition to production We supplement our product range for our customers with our logistics services. After production, we take care of the palletizing, labeling and packaging of the goods produced. If necessary, we provide appropriate exchange containers such as collapsible and stackable full metal boxes. Stay flexible and reduce costs By storing finished products in our warehouses our clients gain flexibility, because we guarantee full availability. At the same time our logistically favourably-positioned logistics locations reduce distribution costs for our customers.
