Often, several labels (product label, hazardous goods label and logistics label) are used up on the containers or drum pallets. Labelling can take place in a continuous flow or at a standstill. Vacuum belts are used for transferring labels to the drum, which can process different label sizes with the appropriate special vacuum plate. The IBLM labeller can be used as a stand-alone labeller or integrated into existing production lines and filling lines.

The horizontal Drum and container pump F 430 TR is ideal for conveying media from IBCs, tanks and other containers with low level outlet. E.g. if a tank is not accessible from the top, or if the spatial conditions do not allow use of a vertical pump. The HISDpro - Side Drum Heater is a simple yet effective silicone insulated drum heater for the heating of barrels up to 90°C. The Silicone heating jacket is available in four standard sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 liters) and can be manufactured to customer specifications as well. HISDpro heater jackets are particularly suited to melt soaps, fats, varnishes and oil-based products, or respectively reduce their viscosity. The 200-liter element can be combined with the HBD - base drum heater to reduce the heat-up time. These heater jackets are not only used on drums but also containers and any kind of glass-fibre reinforced plastics. They can be produced with any number of belts, e.g. to enable them to be clamped on to rotor blades.

The Powder Sampler Mini is a stainless steel sampler for small quantities. When the button is pressed, a sampling rod enters the sample material and retracts when released. In this way, a fixed amount of sample material is enclosed in the sample notch of the rod and removed. The sampler precisely collects 0.01 ml, 0.05 ml and 0.1 ml sample volumes, depending on the version. With an insertion depth of up to 300 mm, multiple target point samples can be collected at different depths. The small-volume powder sampler is made of high-quality stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 (316L/316Ti). The Mini powder sampler is used for sampling powdery products from small containers, sacks, drums or open containers. Universal thread adapter for nearly all drums and other containers with opening of 48–75 mm in diameter, regardless of the respective thread. The thread adapter can be mounted quickly and easily with clamping screws and can be used for different container openings. Chemical pumps of the CHEM series are used as a modified version as submersible pumps for emptying drums and containers. For example, chemicals such as liquid sulphur are pumped at temperatures up to 150 °C. The series is well suited to transfer low-viscosity media at relatively high pressures. — For viscosities up to 1.000.000 mPas — Temperatures up to 500 °C as special version — Differential pressures up to 120 bar — Suction pressures from vacuum to 15 bar Submersible suspension pumps are designed in such a way that the pumps are submerged in the container with the medium and the medium is sucked in via the flangeless suction side. The medium then enters the process from the tank via a pipe from the discharge side. Submersible suspension pumps are often made of special or stainless steels. A special feature of these pumps, as a rule no additional seals are required on the pump. Only the tank is sealed towards the atmosphere.
