IFA Technology offers the complete range of conveying systems, storage systems and handling systems in mechanical engineering. Our plants and systems can be integrated into your own conveyor line or designed as completely automated systems. IFA Technology offers you a wide range of mechanical conveying systems - from conveyor belts, screw conveyors and flexible screws to tubular chain conveyors, elevators and bucket elevators. In our mechanical conveying systems, we use the appropriate system depending on the requirements. We consider your individual requirements and build customised conveying systems for you. In a complete plant, several process steps are often connected with each other by different conveying systems. An important prerequisite for the functionality of this system is the correct design of the conveying equipment used. Our experienced employees select the most suitable equipment for the transport of your materials, considering various factors. These include the type and properties of the bulk material, the procurement of the conveyor section as well as its installation position and conveying capacity.

IFA Technology offers you a wide range of pneumatic conveying systems, taking into account the substances, the conveyor section and the feed rate. Our product range covers pneumatic thick stream conveying, thin stream conveying, dilute phase conveying as well as plug conveying in the positive pressure and vacuum range. Pipe or hose lines enable vacuum conveyance or pressure conveyance of bulk materials or liquids by means of positive pressure or vacuum. All conveying systems can be customised to meet your specific needs.

Round hook belts are the ideal solution for power transmission or conveying systems where several belts run on one shaft. Since they are easy to install, downtimes and maintenance costs can be reduced significantly. The hook belts only have to be inserted. Then the belt is joined to the hook and the second side of the hook is closed with pliers. Thus, there is no time-consuming and cost-intensive assembly work.

In pneumatic conveying systems, conveying abrasive products – in particular at high conveying speeds – leads to abrasion and thus to wear in the pipe bends. In order to prevent this, the pipe bend of our highly wear-resistant DWR double-skin stainless pipe bends is encased in a second pipe bend, which creates a double-walled chamber. This acts, so to speak, as a “protective shield”: After the wear has taken place on the internal pipe bend, it fills with the product to be conveyed. When this process is completed, you are then conveying „product on product“ – and no further wear is possible! Our patented solution is an indispensable part of warehouse technology and has frequently proved itself in many areas, such as in high-bay warehouses, hazardous substance warehouses, cleanrooms, quarantine warehouses and conveying systems. These bolted aluminium pallets are outstandingly easy to maintain. Damaged parts, e.g. rungs, can be rapidly and conveniently replaced using conventional tools. Their great stability makes them ideal for use on roller conveyors and in high-rack warehouses. The aluminium pallets are resistant to temperature fluctuations and can be used in all weathers. The Keiper UNITRANS conveyor belt series can be fitted with numerous different entraining elements and tracking guides. Entraining elements are used for ascending or descending conveyor systems, linear movements and when lateral forces occur. With these elements it is easier to carry along, transport and place the products to be conveyed. Tracking guides are used to ensure directionally correct and stable guiding of the belt on the conveying system and to prevent the conveyor belt from running off.
