IFA Technology offers the complete range of conveying systems, storage systems and handling systems in mechanical engineering. Our plants and systems can be integrated into your own conveyor line or designed as completely automated systems. In our mechanical conveying systems, we use the appropriate system depending on the requirements. We consider your individual requirements and build customised conveying systems for you. In a complete plant, several process steps are often connected with each other by different conveying systems. An important prerequisite for the functionality of this system is the correct design of the conveying equipment used. Our experienced employees select the most suitable equipment for the transport of your materials, considering various factors. These include the type and properties of the bulk material, the procurement of the conveyor section as well as its installation position and conveying capacity.

IFA Technology offers you suitable systems for filling and/or emptying tank trucks - both for dry bulk materials and for liquids. For this purpose, screw conveyors, pneumatic conveying systems or pumps are for instance used. We consider your individual requirements and build customised tank filling systems and tank emptying systems for you. We develop holistic solutions that are tailored to your requirements and can be integrated into the control of your production process with the appropriate sensor technology. This enables optimum functionality and operating safety.

At IFA Technology we use all types of pumps available on the market for conveying liquids. We consider all necessary requirements for the safe and reliable conveyance of your products. Solids can be conveyed mechanically, pneumatically and hydraulically. For mechanical conveying, screws, conveyor belts, elevators, vibratory troughs or tube chain conveyors are used. Pneumatic conveying is mainly applied in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as for conveying granulates in plastics processing and the food industry. The pneumatic conveyance process is carried out by suction and compressed air, i.e. by vacuum or positive pressure, and is mainly used when sensitive substances are transported. Heavy substances such as cement, sand or gravel are mainly transported by positive pressure.
