Round hook belts are the ideal solution for power transmission or conveying systems where several belts run on one shaft. Since they are easy to install, downtimes and maintenance costs can be reduced significantly. The hook belts only have to be inserted. Then the belt is joined to the hook and the second side of the hook is closed with pliers. Thus, there is no time-consuming and cost-intensive assembly work.

PU V-belts run individually or alongside one another and convey products on slightly ascending or descending conveying systems without allowing the products being transported, e.g. boxes, tiles, glass slabs, cardboard articles etc., to slip. In addition, PU V-belts are used for driving live roller conveyors. In pneumatic conveying systems, conveying abrasive products – in particular at high conveying speeds – leads to abrasion and thus to wear in the pipe bends. In order to prevent this, the pipe bend of our highly wear-resistant DWR double-skin stainless pipe bends is encased in a second pipe bend, which creates a double-walled chamber. This acts, so to speak, as a “protective shield”: After the wear has taken place on the internal pipe bend, it fills with the product to be conveyed. When this process is completed, you are then conveying „product on product“ – and no further wear is possible! The Keiper UNITRANS conveyor belt series can be fitted with numerous different entraining elements and tracking guides. Entraining elements are used for ascending or descending conveyor systems, linear movements and when lateral forces occur. With these elements it is easier to carry along, transport and place the products to be conveyed. Tracking guides are used to ensure directionally correct and stable guiding of the belt on the conveying system and to prevent the conveyor belt from running off. Pneumatically actuated magnetic gripper type PNEUMAG are pneumatic switchable bi-stable magnetic systems. Air pressure is only needed for switching. The magnet system is permanent and thus keeps safe even with pressure drop. PNEUMAG magnetic grippers enable thin, perforated or textured sheet metal parts (from 0,5mm) take and safe to transport what they recommended specifically for use in automatic and semi-automatic feeding systems as well as slings for robot grippers. PNEUMAG is the alternative to vacuum conveying systems. They were tested on a metal sheet St37 with smooth and clean surface. Note that depending on the application a safety factor of 2 or 3 has to be included.
