The chainflex® bus cables are available for all well-known industrial bus systems such as Profibus, Interbus, Profinet, Ethernet, CAN-Bus, DeviceNet, ASi or CC link. Depending on the cable family, they can be used for torsion, for severe climatic conditions, for narrow radii, or particularly long travel distances, at high speeds and accelerations. Bus curbstones play a central role in the design of barrier-free transportation facilities and have been specially developed for bus stops. They offer a safe and comfortable way of boarding and alighting from public transport and provide particular support for people with reduced mobility. The kerbstones for buses and streetcars can be easily combined and integrated with a suitable tactile concrete guidance system for the blind. The bus kerbs ensure an optimally coordinated height, which makes it possible to minimize the gap width between the vehicle and the kerb. This ensures step-free access for wheelchair users, people with walking disabilities and parents with baby carriages. Crossing kerbs with a built-in low ramp enable wheelchair users to cross streetcar tracks, roads or traffic lights.

We offer the full range of solutions for process automation tasks implemented with Foundation™ fieldbus and PROFIBUS-PA: The portfolio includes power supplies, power conditioners, multibarriers as well as junction boxes in IP20 and IP67. The range also includes passive connectivity products such as fieldbus cables, field distributors and terminating resistors. The components are suitable for use in harsh environments and can directly be mounted on the machine or in the process.

The side walls of urban and overland buses are put under major strain by the daytoday demands placed on them stone chipping, scratches and minor and major accidents quickly cause damage to the thinwalled metal sheets found in older models. What's more, in some cases the effects of weather and chemicals such as deicing salts and cleaning products can lead to unsightly signs of corrosion, which can damage the image of the bus company among its customers. This makes repairs and touchups necessary. As noncorrosive plating is not always available for older vehicles, TC manufactures side walls made of glass fibrereinforced plastic that are suitable for all such models and makes, and provide an optimal and durable alternative to older metallic plating.

External casing components for urban buses and longdistance coaches For many years, we have been developing casing components for the exterior of buses and railway vehicles here at TC. One advantage of GRP profiles is that we can produce different component lengths based on just one tool. This increases flexibility in design. The components are based on a profile made of glass fibrereinforced plastic, which we process in our CNCcontrolled milling machines to produce precisioncut parts for e.g. wheel arches, indicators and maintenance covers. We can also install reinforcements or addon parts at the same time if required.

The µCAN.4.sg-F1 is the universal measurement module for the acquisition of analogue standard signals. The module is equipped to measure strain gauge full brigde signals in four-wire technology at an adjustable sample rate of up to 1 kHz per input (4 kHz overall sample rate). The bridge is excited directly from the module with a ratiometric measurement.4-wire technology.

The modul µCAN.4.ao-SNAP features four independent analogue outputs which optionally provide a voltage or a current signal. The CAN interface supports CANopen and J1939 protocols.

The µCAN.8.dio-SNAP is a freely configurable digital I/O module featuring 8 channels. Module ID and bit rate can be set via DIP switch or via CAN bus (LSS, CiA 305). The module supports the protocols CANopen CANopenFD and J1939.
