The chainflex® bus cables are available for all well-known industrial bus systems such as Profibus, Interbus, Profinet, Ethernet, CAN-Bus, DeviceNet, ASi or CC link. Bus curbstones play a central role in the design of barrier-free transportation facilities and have been specially developed for bus stops. They offer a safe and comfortable way of boarding and alighting from public transport and provide particular support for people with reduced mobility. The kerbstones for buses and streetcars can be easily combined and integrated with a suitable tactile concrete guidance system for the blind. The bus kerbs ensure an optimally coordinated height, which makes it possible to minimize the gap width between the vehicle and the kerb. This ensures step-free access for wheelchair users, people with walking disabilities and parents with baby carriages. Crossing kerbs with a built-in low ramp enable wheelchair users to cross streetcar tracks, roads or traffic lights.

CT-5710 Bus extended master module Module Description The bus extened master module is used to extend the bus.The bus extended master module has no process data and configuration parameters. Wiring Bus extended cable requires 5 core shielded cable, IBS+ and IBS- must use twisted pair. PE guarantees a reliable grounding and the total length of the bus extended cable should not exceed 10 meters.

The side walls of urban and overland buses are put under major strain by the daytoday demands placed on them stone chipping, scratches and minor and major accidents quickly cause damage to the thinwalled metal sheets found in older models. What's more, in some cases the effects of weather and chemicals such as deicing salts and cleaning products can lead to unsightly signs of corrosion, which can damage the image of the bus company among its customers. This makes repairs and touchups necessary. As noncorrosive plating is not always available for older vehicles, TC manufactures side walls made of glass fibrereinforced plastic that are suitable for all such models and makes, and provide an optimal and durable alternative to older metallic plating.

External casing components for urban buses and longdistance coaches For many years, we have been developing casing components for the exterior of buses and railway vehicles here at TC. One advantage of GRP profiles is that we can produce different component lengths based on just one tool. This increases flexibility in design. The components are based on a profile made of glass fibrereinforced plastic, which we process in our CNCcontrolled milling machines to produce precisioncut parts for e.g. wheel arches, indicators and maintenance covers. We can also install reinforcements or addon parts at the same time if required.

The "DUROCOMP" synthesized material which has a high temperature and mechanical working strength composed of specially selected pure silicon minerals and epoxy resin, thereby protecting the E-Line CR busbar from external impacts.
