The module µCAN.4.ci-SNAP is equipped with 4 fast counters of up to 100 kHz. Additional four I/O terminals can be configured individually as digital inputs or outputs.

The µCAN.8.pwm-SNAP unit is equipped with 8 outputs which provide pulse width modulated signals (PWM) within the range of 0% to 100% for controlling of actuators (valves etc.)

The µCAN.4.ti-BOX features 4 inputs for measuring temperature sensors such as RTD and thermocouples with 400 Hz total sampling rate. The CAN interface supports the protocols CANopen and J1939.Temperature Thermo type J, K, N, R, T

The decentralized module µCAN.4.ao-BOX features four analogue outputs which optionally provide a voltage signal (+/- 10 V) or a current signal (0…20 mA). The CAN interface supports the protocols protocols CANopen and J1939.

The µCAN.4.ai-BOX is an extended universal measurement module for the acquisition of analogue standard signals. The device is designed for measuring signals of +/- 10 V, 0…20 mA or 4…20 mA. The CAN interface supports the protocol CANopen.

The µCAN.1.ti-BOX is the single channel solution for the acquisition of temperature signals. Resistance sensors as well as thermocouples may be connected to the module. The CAN interface supports the protocol CANopen.

The µCAN.1.ai-BOX is a decentralized universal data acquisition module for analogue standard signals (current / voltage). The CAN interface supports the protocol CANopen.

The 8 terminals of the µCAN.8.dio-BOX may individually be set to act as digital inputs or digital outputs. The module preprocesses and filters the digital signals. Its CAN interface supports the protocols CANopen, CANopen FD and J1939.

MediorNet Modular allows the customers to configure the mainframe to their requirements. The frame can be filled with various Media and Link cards, as needed for the specific application. All modules and cards are hot swappable. Redundant power supplies guarantee maximum reliability. The optimized cooling concept of MediorNet results in a very low-noise system. The horizontal airflow within the device allows for effective cooling without the need for additional rack space below or above the MediorNet mainframe. MediorNet frames can be rack mounted in various positions, e.g. with all connectors on the front or on the rear side, or recessed to allow cabling from the front but without connectors or cables exceeding the rack’s dimensions. The IEC connectors can be located front or rear independent from the other cabling.

For safety-related applications, we offer IP67 block I/O modules with safe digital inputs and universal digital channels that can be used as inputs or outputs. The modules also feature non-safe universal digital channels and IO-Link master ports. This allows connection of standard I/Os and IO-Link devices to an IP67 fieldbus module - in addition to the safety inputs and outputs. Via the IO-Link IO hubs, up to 32 more universal digital signals can be connected.

For factory automation we offer compact fieldbus I/O-modules for PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet™, CANopen, INTERBUS, AS-interface®, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP™ and PROFINET. The IP67-modules for use in harsh environments have glass-fiber reinforced plastic housings and metal-connectors, are fully potted, vibration and shock-proof. The IP20-modules for DIN rails can not only be installed in control cabinets, they can also be used to integrate small, decentralized control boxes with a few I/O-signals to a fieldbus network.

The µCAN.4.sg-F1 is the universal measurement module for the acquisition of analogue standard signals. The module is equipped to measure strain gauge full brigde signals in four-wire technology at an adjustable sample rate of up to 1 kHz per input (4 kHz overall sample rate). The bridge is excited directly from the module with a ratiometric measurement.4-wire technology.

The µCAN.4.ai-F1 is the versatile universal measuring module for analogue standard signals. The module is designed to measure +/- 40 V or -20…+20 mA signals at an overall sampling rate of 4 kHz.

The µCAN.8.dio-SNAP is a freely configurable digital I/O module featuring 8 channels. Module ID and bit rate can be set via DIP switch or via CAN bus (LSS, CiA 305). The module supports the protocols CANopen CANopenFD and J1939.

The transducer unit µCAN.8.ti-SNAP is equipped with 8 inputs for thermocouples or Pt100 sensors. The integrated CAN interface supports CANopen and J1939 protocols. Bit rate and node-ID may be set via DIP switches inside the device or via LSS.

The decentralized module µCAN.6.ai-SNAP is designed to acquire up to 6 analogue current / voltage signals and converts them into digital CAN signals.
