The coaters series type LC were specifically developed for coating tablets. With our coater range, Loedige is one off the technological market leader. The maximised tablet bed surface in the Lödige coater and the maximum number of spray nozzles mean that extremely high liquid volumes can be applied with extremely high air supply volumes within a very short time. The newly designed, particularly low-turbulence air routing ensures a highly efficient and gentle use of dryer air. These features ensure a reliable coating process and short process times. Moreover, the low-turbulence air routing prevents contamination from the very start, thereby reducing the cleaning workload. Modern sensors permit optimisation of the spraying and drying process. Simple yet secure nozzle arm adjustment makes for easier handling.

The noise levels in pipe and rod raising systems can be very high. A chute lined with secutex pipe modules ensures that noise levels are reduced and that surfaces are protected. The secutex material with inset perforated plates is particularly wearresistant and cushions the movement of pipes and rods very well. The cast sections are attached using drilled attachment holes. Segment sizes and joins are manufactured according to client requests.

In order to get started with low pressure molding technology, for prototyping new projects and producing small series, Labline offers a selection of small devices tailored to the requirements of low pressure molding technology. The basis here is the hand-held casting gun with a 0.2l tank for filling the casting materials in granulate form. In order to achieve process stability and reproducibility even with this manual processing, a timer can be connected. The Lödige laboratory tablet coater has a modular design, so that integration of any components is customised according to the customer’s specific requirements. A dividable drum and a dividable nozzle arm allow processing of even very small volumes (0.6 l). The coater and the optionally available liquid supply station consist of Corian®, a highly resistant, light-weight, FDA-approved material, which is crucial for the particularly functional and modern design of the laboratory coater system. The laboratory coater is not just a “laboratory machine”, but a full coating system, in which process conditions comparable to those of Lödige production coaters are generated. The mobile laboratory coater incl. the drum for the tablets and drawer for the nozzle arm and tool form the base unit. Both powder-coating systems with robots and wet painting systems are supplied with intelligent software solutions. This also allows the economical processing of small lot sizes. Compact filters are characterised by the fact that they essentially unite fan, filter element and discharge or dust collection facility in one. The capacity range of the compact filters extends up to 20,000 m³/h. Different systems and modes of operation are available for the individual assemblies, resulting in a large number of possible variants. This allows us to offer a large range of solutions for dedusting tasks. Based on our many years of experience, we select the filter media from those available on the market that are best suited for the most diverse types of dust and tasks. Filter hoses, filter bags, filter tubes and filter cartridges are used as filter elements. Cleaning takes place using compressed air impulse, low-pressure purge-air or shaking. Fans from own development and production enable us to design a highly efficient and precise layout. Discharge usually takes place directly into collecting containers, such as dustbins with snap fasteners, or into containers, big bags, or via discharge mechanisms into automatic disposal systems. Screw conveyors, drag conveyors, rotary systems, cellular wheel sluices, double-gate sluices and slidegate valves are available as discharge mechanisms. Intelligent control systems, piping elements, silencers and pre-coating devices for auxiliary dusts are standard items in the range. Naturally we also use our know-how to create needs-based custom solutions.

This machine technology developed for coating round steel tubes with a temporary corrosion protection convinces with its high performance. The surface quality of the solvent free coating with 100 % UV lacquer, the fast curing time of ≤ 1 second as well as an overspray recovery rate of more than 95 % are impressive features which, by their very nature, offer high economic efficiency. Additional modules individually perform either the cleaning work, dust removal or marking of tubes. This machine technology ensures perfect transport of the tubes without damage to the lacquer coat, while flexibly taking tube properties into account, such as sleeves or caps, diameters from 20-200 or from 200 to 500 mm, required throughfeed speeds of 30 - 100 m/min as well as surface temperatures from +1°C to +40°C. Whether operated as an individual machine or integrated in an adjustment line, the output parameters are characterised by minimum space requirement and low operating and maintenance costs. An alkaline cleaning station that adjusts to the individual degree of soiling of the tube surface to ensure optimum results can be optionally installed together with a drying unit upstream of the pipe coating line. Venjakob offers individual system solutions for coating tube sleeves. This includes the application of a base coat and coloured rings, as well as marking. Customised solutions for tube marking are available as an option.

The palletizing robot system PARO® has a modular structure. This is how the palletizing room can be optimally adapted to the palletizing task – even afterwards. The spectrum ranges from standard single place cells which are not bigger than the pallet itself, to palletizing systems with twelve or more palletizing stations. All of this is easily determined by a correspondingly long horizontal axis. The palletizing robot PARO® is a four-axis robot whose axis have a special guide system: Profiled, teflon coated Vulkollanrollers run on polished stainless steel tubes. This system has proven itself to be robust and maintenance free. With this simple system technology a lot of industrial handling processes are economically automated in different performance areas. The PARO® is durable and also suitable for the use in extreme enviroments. All in all the robot offers a good price-performance ratio.
