The highpressure pumps of the 2series with operating pressures up to 750 bar and volumetric flow rates up to around 230 l/min are ideal for cleaning pipes and tube bundles, containers and containers.The seal system of this plunger pump is very easy to maintain due to fewer wearing parts. The ceramic plungers used are highly resistant to acid and alkaline liquids. The 2series impresses with a good price/performance ratio due to long service lives – even in rough everyday work.

The pumps of the 3 series deliver operating pressures up to 250 bar and volumetric flow rates of up to 400 l/min and are the preferred choice in channel and tube cleaning applications.The seal system of this plunger pump is very easy to maintain due to fewer wearing parts. The PD200 is a professional impulse current measuring system to detect leak (holes) in non-conductive sealing systems and is suitable for leak detection on balconie, pond liners/swimming pools or flat roofs. In contrast to the previous model PD100, the PD200 has extremely compact dimensions - the size of the device could be reduced by more than 30%! These compact dimensions enable the transport of the PD200 e.g. through so-called safety ladders to the corresponding flat roof.The impulse current measuring system easily wins the weight comparison with its previous model. Although the single components partially are pretty heavy (e.g. the transformer), the total weight could be reduced by about 20% (from 11.2 kg to 8.6 kg). On top of the housing there are clearly visible signal lamps - one standard impulse signal (green) and one short-circuit signal (red), incl. integrated tone generator.

The nozzle consists of two counter-rotating nozzle housings into which the nozzle tubes are inserted with a connection for screw-in round jet nozzles. A special packing sealing system inside the nozzle housings ensures protection during operation and prevents the ingress of contaminants. In front of and behind the nozzle housings are spacers (basket system) to prevent the nozzle tubes from hitting the well wall. In addition, for best cleaning results, the temperature of the medium should be between 3 and 30°C.

Developed by IBK Wiesehahn, the secondary friction connection seal with H-profile has created an area of application in the industrial branch. The successfull conzept of “secondary friction connection” is based on the separation of bracing and sealing. Every functionary of the seal meet only one function. The seal is made of hard metal-profile and elastic sealing-material. The sealing-material is measured, that after reaching the block storage, the recovery behavior fully exists. A overpress of the sealing-material is basically excluded. EMKA offers a comprehensive product range of ingenious locking technology from a single source. The modular program structure allows a unique variety of components: quarter turns, locking-systems, handles, hinges and gasketings. The high quality and product standards are guaranteed by an excellent manufacturing know-how and by the certified process control according to ISO 9001. This swing handle has a push button for rod or cam control and an IP-65 sealing system. For unblocking the handle, the push button is first unlocked with the round cylinder. Additional locking is possible with a padlock, and the swing handle protects against vandalism with its enclosed control function. Its application range includes both indoor and outdoor cabinets.

Non-Return Valves WITT non-return valves protect plants, pipelines and outlet points against reverse gas flow and meet all relevant standards and regulations. The product range of non-return valves includes a large choice of nominal sizes (up to DN200) and flow rates (0.35 – 106 SCFH). The sophisticated valve technology of WITT non-return valves provides small pressure drops making them also suitable for applications with smallest opening pressures. A high-quality sealing system with elastomeres prevents leakages, and dirt filters at the inlet point assure long service life of the non-return valves. Some non-return valve models can also be used as flashback arrestors. All non-return valves can be mounted in any orientation, are available with all connections, in brass and stainless steel and are suitable for almost all technical gases.

Gensets ensure the power supply in any situation, even under extreme conditions. Our genset gearboxes are connected between the motor and the generator, so that a frequency adjustment for the required power grid is achieved. It is possible to adjust the frequency from 50Hz to 60Hz as well as from 60Hz to 50Hz. The speed transmission is highly efficient, as the single-stage spur gears guarantee a high efficiency of >99%. The use of a labyrinth sealing system also means that the drives require very low maintenance.
