The MBS standard cylinder series is characterized by a variable and stroke-independent welded construction. Due to the uniform force transitions between the different sizes and the different connection situations, they are often used in the areas of mobile and stationary hydraulics. Cylinder connection is via welded rod ends and bolted radial bearings. Connections with threaded holes for pipe fittings according to BSPP ISO 1179-2 are planned. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. The MBS hydraulic cylinder MZR-1008 is designed as a discharge cylinder of direct support systems on mobile devices, such as Cranes have been constructed. The integrated position measuring system enables the exact position of the support cylinder to be detected. This is hydraulically fixed in connection with the piped double check valve. The cylinder connection is via plain bearing bushes. There are connecting bores for pipe fittings according to BSPP ISO1179-2 in the valve block. Hub and piston rod overhang are variably selectable. Description The multi-coupling has been created for connecting and disconnecting several hydraulic lines at the same time. This is done by an operating lever the guide crank of which is designed for a minimum of operating force. The connection of the hydraulic lines is done with flat face couplings. This system meets tomorrow’s legal and standard demands on the energy eciency of drive systems already today. It comprises frequency converters, motor and gearbox - all well-tuned to one another. The focus is on high belt speeds, precise r.p.m. for a synchronous operation of the steel belts, torques adjusted to the characteristic load line in connection with the hydraulic pressure/position control, good performance, good uptimes and ease of maintenance. This corresponds to the demand on a very high product quality and an on-demand energy consumption even in partial load operation. This new drive system is able to save more than 10 % of the electrical drive energy compared to traditional Solutions.

Power units and Control Systems Ruhfus Systemhydraulik GmbH specialises in the production of special solutions in the field of hydraulic units for industrial use. In order to be able to optimise the product to meet your requirements, you will be supported during the whole project phase by our competent team. Ruhfus Systemhydraulik GmbH can supply hydraulic units with tank sizes of up to 10,000 litres capacity. For this we use DIN oil tanks but also special tanks that are individually adapted to your needs. Here it is immaterial whether the oil tank is made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium. For special designs such as table valves, tank support frames, supporting structures for motor pump units and many more special components connected with your hydraulic unit we are of course likewise the right people to contact. For each of our hydraulic units, 3D models are generated beforehand which can be made available to you. From these you can plan earlier the field piping, possible foundations or building and also transport or other matters in detail. For the drives of our hydraulic units we use standard electric motors with a power of up to 80 kW. On request the motors can also be equipped with a frequency converter. As the valve technology, as well as the oil supply unit, are always subject to customer-specific requirements, limits are always hard to define here. As far as possible only two limits should not be exceeded, on the one hand a maximum volume flow of 275 l/min and on the other a maximum system pressure of 315 bar. Furthermore we can offer you the supply of a complete system of cylinder and hydraulic unit to electric control.
