Klöpper Therm designs and manufactures specified switch and control cabinets in various designs – for nearly all types of electric surface heating. By the installation of electronic controllers, heating systems can be controlled in dependence of temperature and/or humidity. Arising disruptions during the control of temperature measuring sensors such as e.g. a falling below temperature, can be signalled or transmitted via indicator lights and/or dry contacts. The operating conditions of each heating circuit in the cold store is indicated by LED indicator lights. Via keylock or push buttons, all heating circuits can be checked quickly and simply. You can easily get an overview about economic efficiency and energy consumption of your heating system incl. documentation with an operating hours counter or energy meter.

CSN® EXPLOSIONPROOF SPACE HEATERS CSN® explosionproof space heaters are used for heating zone 1 and 2 hazardous areas. Standard devices are available in the common temperature classes T1 to T4; temperature classes T5 and T6 can be offered on request. The use of finned tubes for the CSN® explosionproof space heaters is the most economical solution for heat transfer in the field of electric heaters. By coiling corrugated helical fins on tubes of different alloys, we obtain extremely large tubes surfaces and, consequently, low temperatures on their surfaces. We use this interaction to produce explosionproof space heaters on a highquality level. CSN® explosionproof space heaters with coiled fins are intended for horizontal mounting and suitable for both wall and floor mounting (for permanent installation)

WIWOX® VIVERK are single and multi-stage spray chamber cleaning systems for aqueous cleaning, pretreatment and degreasing of tools and parts. For special applications, individual high-pressure systems are required, which KAMAT can provide from the initial project idea to the turnkey installation, with 100% of the production taking place in-house. This also applies to electric high-pressure pumping units. Depending on the application, our customers can choose between different drives, power transmission components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transmission, remote controls, pneumatic and electric valve controls, chassis and sound insulation equipment. Even the electrical units supplied on the base frame are fully operational and can be used directly by the customer. Electric units have the advantage of emission-free operation at extremely low noise levels. ATEX certified high pressure electric units can also be used in ATEX hazardous areas.

Multi-consumer valves distribute the output of the high-pressure pump evenly or as required to several high-pressure blasting tools. KAMAT offers two valves for this purpose: the mobile dual consumer control and the MVS4 multi-consumer control. When the consumer is opened, both controls open the valve and when the consumer is closed, the valve is closed. When all valves are closed, the controls switch off the pressure generation. The dual-user control is used to control one or two high-pressure consumers, such as high-pressure guns. The dual-user control is available with pneumatically or electrically controlled valves. The consumer and the high-pressure plunger pump have a corresponding control option. The dual consumer control and the consumer are connected by an electrical switch.
