CSN® EXPLOSIONPROOF SPACE HEATERS CSN® explosionproof space heaters are used for heating zone 1 and 2 hazardous areas. Standard devices are available in the common temperature classes T1 to T4; temperature classes T5 and T6 can be offered on request. The use of finned tubes for the CSN® explosionproof space heaters is the most economical solution for heat transfer in the field of electric heaters. By coiling corrugated helical fins on tubes of different alloys, we obtain extremely large tubes surfaces and, consequently, low temperatures on their surfaces. We use this interaction to produce explosionproof space heaters on a highquality level. CSN® explosionproof space heaters with coiled fins are intended for horizontal mounting and suitable for both wall and floor mounting (for permanent installation)

By the installation of electronic controllers, heating systems can be controlled in dependence of temperature and/or humidity. Arising disruptions during the control of temperature measuring sensors such as e.g. a falling below temperature, can be signalled or transmitted via indicator lights and/or dry contacts. The operating conditions of each heating circuit in the cold store is indicated by LED indicator lights. Via keylock or push buttons, all heating circuits can be checked quickly and simply. You can easily get an overview about economic efficiency and energy consumption of your heating system incl. documentation with an operating hours counter or energy meter.

GSW Shears find their place in CutToLength Lines or as Scrap Choppers. They are used to perform lasting and costefficient, no matter the roughness of the environment. Our pneumatic and hydraulic Shears are designed efficient in any way – and from 60 to 1500mm width The pneumatic machines run with up to 500 SPM while their heavy types are robust enough to lastingly process up to 3mm thick materials. Since they do not need hydraulic power or electric controls, they are extremely costefficient. If a combination of high SPM and thicker materials is necessary, our TSHL „light“ hydraulic Shears offer the solution. The TSHS series machines are built very heavy and stiff which allows them to cut up to 12mm thick materials. Industrial desiccant dehumidifier TTR 6600 The TTR 6600 is a stationary high-performance desiccant dehumidifier impressing with an enormous dehumidification performance of 892 kg / 24 h Keeping humidity perfectly under control With about 900 kilogrammes of dehumidification performance per day and a nominal air volume of 6,600 cubic metres of dry air per hour at a static pressure of 400 Pa the TTR 6600 is optimally prepared even for a high dry air demand in cold surroundings and with low dew points. For special applications, individual high-pressure systems are required, which KAMAT can provide from the initial project idea to the turnkey installation, with 100% of the production taking place in-house. This also applies to electric high-pressure pumping units. Depending on the application, our customers can choose between different drives, power transmission components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transmission, remote controls, pneumatic and electric valve controls, chassis and sound insulation equipment. Even the electrical units supplied on the base frame are fully operational and can be used directly by the customer. Electric units have the advantage of emission-free operation at extremely low noise levels. ATEX certified high pressure electric units can also be used in ATEX hazardous areas.

Multi-consumer valves distribute the output of the high-pressure pump evenly or as required to several high-pressure blasting tools. KAMAT offers two valves for this purpose: the mobile dual consumer control and the MVS4 multi-consumer control. When the consumer is opened, both controls open the valve and when the consumer is closed, the valve is closed. When all valves are closed, the controls switch off the pressure generation. The dual-user control is used to control one or two high-pressure consumers, such as high-pressure guns. The dual-user control is available with pneumatically or electrically controlled valves. The consumer and the high-pressure plunger pump have a corresponding control option. The dual consumer control and the consumer are connected by an electrical switch.

Versatile, turnkey diesel high-pressure pumping units Special applications require customised high-pressure systems, which KAMAT can provide from the initial project idea through to turnkey installation, with 100% of the manufacture taking place in-house. Depending on the application, our customers can choose from a range of drives, power transmission components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transmission, remote controls, pneumatic and electric valve controls, chassis and sound insulation. However, the units are ready for use on the base frame on which they are delivered. KAMAT diesel-powered units are traditionally used in industrial cleaning and pressure testing, mining and water hydraulics, but special solutions for special fluids or to meet explosion protection requirements are also part of the KAMAT range. It makes no difference whether the customer requires a mobile or stationary unit.

The aluminum enclosure Type CA from Bernstein is corrosion resistant, impact resistant and has a high mechanical strength due to which it is ideal for the encapsulation of electrical, electronic, pneumatic components and applications that are used in potentially explosive environments. The CA enclosures feature copper-plated earthing screws for connecting PE conductors on body and cover, and are finished in RAL 7001 in a silver/gray shade. Earthing sockets and mounting flanges can be utilized for mounting as well as for securing the built-in components. These come with factory-assembled seals that confer class IP 65 (optionally IP 67) protection according to DIN EN 60529.

Bernstein Series CP and CPS polyester enclosures are made of high-grade glass fiber-reinforced polyester. The black polyester enclosures conform to the requirements for Ex applications and are sufficient for accepting and encapsulating electrical and electronic and control components in harsh environments or implicitly explosive atmospheres. All enclosures have achieved protection class IP 66 in accordance with DIN EN 60529. The captive stainless steel cover screws are maintained by a self-latching element integrated into the cover. The threaded bushes are embedded in the flange on the narrow sides of the base and obtain mounting rails, plates and PC boards.

This product is made of high-grade polycarbonate or ABS and are typically designed for enclosing electrical and electronic components and even complete small-scale controllers. The BERNSTEIN Series CT plastic enclosers all comes with a transparent polycarbonate cover and follows protection class IP 65 of DIN EN 60529. Also provided are attachment bosses on the enclosures' base to built-in components mounting. Components can be easily secured using self-tapping mounting screws. These plastic enclosures allows various direct mounting options because attachment bosses' location and installation of mounting rails is possible. The BERNSTEIN Series CT enclosures are manufactured with the BERNSTEIN developed and patented quick-release fastener.
