Our Speedmax is the fastest available wire and tube forming automation solution available on the market for bending machines. By combining NC finger benders with our servo-electric transfer, the Speedmax with its 90 servo axes can reach a speed of up to 4,000 machining steps per minute. The SPEEDMAX is available in three variants (S,M,L). The SPEEDMAX (S) has 20 processing stations and can produce up to 200 parts per minute. The machine concept combines the advantages of 3D-NC wire bending and wire bending by slides. Bending, embossing, notching, flattening, joining, punching, swaging of tubes and wire are possible production technologies in the 20 processing stations. The new SPEEDMAX L has actually 20 processing stations and can produce up to 60 parts per minute. The SPEEDMAX L can work with tube and wire up to a diameter of 12mm and a feed length of 50cm. reflectCONTROL Automotive enables the fully automatic inspection of painted car bodies. The robotic systems enable the detection, three-dimensional measurement and classification of typical paint defects such as inclusions, craters, runners, etc. This enables robot-based automatic processing of the defects, up-stream analysis to identify the sources of defects, and laser-based marking for possible manual processing of the defects. Multifunctional filters are used for fine filtration of low-viscosity oils with low levels of contamination. The filter systems can be operated as either precoat filters or edge filters, and conversion between the two modes is easily achievable. This versatile design allows the filter systems to be well-adapted to various filtration tasks. The achievable filtration fineness ranges from 1 to 5 µm. When operating as an edge filter, the filter regeneration process is fully automatic, while the precoat filter version requires manual cleaning. Multifunctional filter systems can be operated as either edge filters or precoat filters: ultifunctional Filter MFF300-AF2.5 to MFF800-SF120 Multifunctional filters are used for fine filtration of low-viscosity oils with low levels of contamination. The filter systems can be operated as either precoat filters or edge filters, and conversion between the two modes is easily achievable.

The RUF briquetting systems of the Biomass series process dust, shavings and wooden chips into briquettes of consistently high quality and density. Varying bulk densities are offset automatically during the process. These materials can be pressed into a compact form without the use of binders. It is important that the moisture content of the chips is below 15%, preferably under 12%, and that the chip size does not exceed 50mm. The general rule is that the finer the material is, the smoother and more solid the surfaces and edges of the resulting briquette. The systems can be equipped with a multitude of options, thus optimally adapting them to customer needs. This series offers maximum flexibility. All systems are extremely energy efficient thanks to the innovative RUF hydraulic system. Depending on the model, the machines are equipped with motors ranging between 4 kW and 90 kW. The throughput capacities of the RUF Biomass presses range between 50 and 1,300 kg/h.
