ORIGIN Red Wine Bordeaux Château Giraudot, with its beautiful Girondine chartreuse dating back to the 16th century, is ideally located on the crest of Gornac, along one of the oldest routes of the Entre-Deux-Mers. The estate features a 75-hectare vineyard planted on clay-limestone slopes, producing high-quality wines from Bordeaux’s noble grape varieties. ORIGIN Red Wine Bordeaux Supérieur Château Picon 2020 The earliest references to the foundation of the Seigneurie de Picon vineyard date back to 1070. For nine centuries, the estate has rarely changed ownership, reflecting a tradition of preserving its land heritage. Over the years, the vineyard has been gradually replanted, and the winery has been fully renovated and adapted to modern vinification techniques. Château Picon is located in the commune of Eynesse, near the bastide of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande. The majestic 81-hectare estate is perched on a plateau overlooking the Dordogne Valley. It benefits from an exceptional terroir, characterized by a gravelly surface soil and clay-limestone subsoil. Château Picon is certified as Agriculture Raisonnée (Reasoned Agriculture). This Bordeaux, certified as Agriculture Raisonnée (Reasoned Agriculture) and Haute Valeur Environnementale (Level 3), has received careful attention from vineyard to winery. The aim in vinification and aging is to achieve a gourmand and light character. VINIFICATION Berry Sorting Traditional Vinification Aging for a few months in Oak Barrels GRAPE VARIETIES Merlot Cabernet Sauvignon TASTING NOTES Intense and brilliant cherry-red color.
