What is the problem? While raw carbon fibers themselves have very good electrical conductivity textile reinforcements are usually impregnated with a polymer that insulates the grid. Depending on the product and the impregnation polymer the surface of the carbon fibers is more or less covered and can not be electrically connected. The new technology allows us to generate a fully conductive surface of the reinforcement and to connect all carbon filaments to one conductive unit.

The initial settings and sensor settings are made by burster in-house and saved in the USB sensor interface. These can then be fine-tuned by the customer.

Only a compressed air connection is required to use the device. Application The actual task of the MiJET is to filter oily air. Chips of the work pieces accumulate in the container. Operators often tend to blow off finished workpieces into the machine. This quickly results in dirty working environments and poor air in the production hall. However, we avoid this by exhausting these fumes. Oils are trapped from the exhaust air and chips and coolants accumulate in the container.
