STOL®94 is a hardenable CuNiSi alloy for high strength requirements up to 750 MPa in combination with good electrical conductivity, bendability and relaxation resistance. In some cases it may also be used as a substitute for beryllium alloys.

STOL®78 is a CuMg alloy for connectors in automotive, electrical and electronic applications. Thanks to the combination of high electrical conductivity with high strength and good relaxation resistance, this alloy is particularly suitable for relays, current carrying springs, bus bars and fuse boxes with resilient functions.

STOL®76M is a modified version of the STOL®76 alloy. In its tinned version it has reduced peelingoff effects depending on the usage conditions. The improved properties are of particular interest for connectors used in the automotive, electrical and electronics sectors. The alloy combines high electrical conductivity, medium to high strength and good relaxation resistance up to an operating temperature of 150°C, combined with good formability.

STOL®76 is a precipitation hardened CuNiSi alloy for applications in the automotive, electrical and electronics industries. This alloy is particularly suitable for components in the medium strength range (up to 620 MPa). The combination of good electrical conductivity and good relaxation resistance makes this alloy especially recommendable for automotive connectors.

The Pure version of the progressive cavity pump HD-E-SR transfers the advantages of the drum pump to highly viscous media. With an easily detachable design and an outer diameter of max. 41 mm, it enables the filling of viscous liquids up to 30,000 mPas. IAI's new controller series: R-Unit R-Unit is the new generation of controllers that are coupled via module connections and are modularly interchangeable. These include the RSEL program controller for connecting up to 8 actuators (in combination with the REC EC control up to 16 actuators), the RCON position controller for up to 16 electric cylinders and the REC EC controller for motion control of up to 16 EleCylinder axes. Common to all of them are the linkable control units with identical connections, which allow a free selection and combination of connected electric actuators and their control methods. Mixed control of electric cylinders with 24 volt and 230 volt motors is also easily feasible.

Beryllium Copper 25 is a Copper base alloy with the capability of being strengthened by precipitation heat treatment. The alloy furnishes the best combination of electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance and mechanical strength necessary for numerous electronic and electromechanical devices. The alloy is quite satisfactory for fabrication with good formability and joining characteristics. Forming is readily accomplished from the annealed temper. Severe bending will be less successful from hard or heat treated tempers and requires large fold radius ratios. Beryllium Copper 25 is able to be soldered, brazed, and welded by most standard techniques. The brazing temperature must be kept under 1450º F and cycle time minimized to avoid loss of heat treated strength. Heat treating should be performed subsequent to welding to obtain uniform high strength. The alloy is not susceptible to an increase in magnetic attraction from plastic deformation during service

HPM® 965 is a high purity Nickel-Iron alloy that exhibits moderate electrical resistivity and a high temperature coefficient of resistance. This combination of electrical characteristics makes it suitable for use as a self-regulating heating element or temperature sensor, such as use in flexible metal foil heaters. The alloy can be readily formed in the annealed temper and can be joined by standard welding methods. Available Sizes: HPM® 965 is available from Hamilton Precision Metals as foil and strip product in thicknesses from 0.0005” to 0.015” (0.0127 mm to 0.38 mm) and in widths up to 12” (304.8 mm). It is also available as thin as 0.000100” (0.00254 mm) and in widths up to 4” (101.6 mm) maximum.

The unfilled grade TECASINT 5111 natural is based on the high-performance plastic polyimide, which is characterised by its very good thermal stability with low thermal expansion. Polyimides are non-melting polymers with a service temperature of 300 °C, which is considerably higher than that of PEEK or PPS. In addition, TECASINT 5111 natural has a high creep resistance. These properties makes PI plastic ideal for applications where high temperature resistance is required, such as in the aerospace industry. TECASINT 5111 natural has good chemical resistance, especially to light acids and many organic solvents. In combination with the very good electrical insulating properties of the PI material, TECASINT 5111 natural is also perfectly suited for applications in the semiconductor industry, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Moreover, the polyimide material has good mechanical properties, good wear resistance and is also resistant to high-energy radiation.
