STOL®94 is a hardenable CuNiSi alloy for high strength requirements up to 750 MPa in combination with good electrical conductivity, bendability and relaxation resistance. In some cases it may also be used as a substitute for beryllium alloys.

STOL®78 is a CuMg alloy for connectors in automotive, electrical and electronic applications. Thanks to the combination of high electrical conductivity with high strength and good relaxation resistance, this alloy is particularly suitable for relays, current carrying springs, bus bars and fuse boxes with resilient functions.

STOL®76M is a modified version of the STOL®76 alloy. In its tinned version it has reduced peelingoff effects depending on the usage conditions. The improved properties are of particular interest for connectors used in the automotive, electrical and electronics sectors. The alloy combines high electrical conductivity, medium to high strength and good relaxation resistance up to an operating temperature of 150°C, combined with good formability.

STOL®76 is a precipitation hardened CuNiSi alloy for applications in the automotive, electrical and electronics industries. This alloy is particularly suitable for components in the medium strength range (up to 620 MPa). The combination of good electrical conductivity and good relaxation resistance makes this alloy especially recommendable for automotive connectors.

The Pure version of the progressive cavity pump HD-E-SR transfers the advantages of the drum pump to highly viscous media. With an easily detachable design and an outer diameter of max. 41 mm, it enables the filling of viscous liquids up to 30,000 mPas. The pump is easy to dismantle and clean, can be combined with electric or compressed air motors and thus ensures the emptying of liquids, which conserves important resources. * Also available in special immersion depths * Examples of media: viscous cosmetic products, foodstuffs, etc. * Optionally driven by electric or compressed air motors * Light and versatile due to low motor weight * Continuous, low-pulsation delivery of up to 15 litres/min * Low wear and tear * Easily detachable outer tube

Both mast systems enable single and twin usage. You can choose between three standard control systems: stop next landing, single automatic or fully automatic. Different door systems in combination with the electrically and mechanically interlocked landing level gates round off the profile of the new PH range. The well-known engineered safety features like the over speed safety brake and overload protection or limit switches at the upper and lower level are of course part of the standard equipment. Of course the PH range is configurated according the new EN machinery directive 2006/42/EG or to national valid regulations.

IAI's new controller series: R-Unit R-Unit is the new generation of controllers that are coupled via module connections and are modularly interchangeable. These include the RSEL program controller for connecting up to 8 actuators (in combination with the REC EC control up to 16 actuators), the RCON position controller for up to 16 electric cylinders and the REC EC controller for motion control of up to 16 EleCylinder axes. Common to all of them are the linkable control units with identical connections, which allow a free selection and combination of connected electric actuators and their control methods. Mixed control of electric cylinders with 24 volt and 230 volt motors is also easily feasible.
