Sidestream filters remove sediment, biological growth, rust and corrosion products from recirculating closed loop CHW, LTHW and MTHW water circuits in the HVAC industry. These filters protect pipework, valves, pumps and components by removing suspended impurities and complement water treatment program. BSRIA Publication BG29/2021 recommends that a sidestream filter is installed “to protect and prolong system life expectancy.” Sidestream filters provide an economical solution for filtration in the recirculating water systems by filtering the complete system volume once or twice in 24 hours. Sidestream filters can be supplied fully assembled with pumps on a skid, ready for filtration. These can also be combined with our magnetic assemblies for rust removal from heavily corroded hot water systems.

Silica gel bulk has a range of possible applications: Industrial solutions Relative humidity buffer (RH buffer) Filtration systems Electronic equipment Making dried flowers Ozone filters Air dehumidifiers Etc. Silica Gel Bulk orange features a moisture indicator. When the moisture percentage exceeds 20% RH, the granules will turn from orange to green/blue. When the silica gel is saturated and has attained a green/blue colour, the granules can be heated (up to a maximum temperature of 80 °C; higher temperatures than that would destroy the silica gel granules) until they have turned orange once more. In this manner, the silica gel granules can be reused. The orange silica gel is environmentally friendly and harmless. The gel does not contain any heavy metals as indicator and is free of DMF (dimethyl fumarate).

Aero carb is loose granules of activated carbon. This comes in loose form and are used as a blending option for treating various VOCs. They are supplied in 4mm pellet form or in different mesh sizes as per customer requirement. Impregnation of various elements onto this is also done to treat special gases.

Aero Carb VHC model filters are made up of activated carbon media filled in honeycomb panels and bonded to a rigid V shaped construction in anticrash polystyrene frame. Aero Carb H filters are disposable type panel carbon filters. They are made up of honeycomb construction with activated carbon granules filled in. Casings are made up of metal or plastic. These filters could remove odor in heavy duty applications. A choice of media selection is available.

Aero HEPA HVP are mini pleated box style high velocity HEPA filters. These filters operate at very high velocity of 3.3 m/s and are considered thebest replacements for conventional HEPA filters.
