We have extensive experience in the metal designs of small and medium-sized structures and the modernization of machine parts. We are able to design or support the process of designing and manufacturing machine parts and steel structures. The physical connection of the design office with the production hall gives us the ability to quickly respond to customer needs and check the proposed technical solutions. Since 2006, steel structures have been the main area in which we help our clients. We are not only manufacturing steel elements to order – very often we help and support our customers in ensuring that metal structural elements meet all strength and utility requirements, and that they are maximally economical. As steel structure fabricators, we are able to produce any steel structures to order – of course, we are also subject to certain technological limitations, but they are small enough that they are not the main obstacle where welding of steel structures occurs.

Metal In put into operation a machine for laser cutting of pipes with automatic loading and unloading. The size of the treated pipes is: Round pipes: 120 mm Rectangular tubes: 100x100mm The maximum length of the workplace is 6500mm. The machine is equipped with excellent software that allows different shapes in tubes for subsequent assembly and welding. Also, pipes can be cut so that one wall remains uncut, allowing it to bend easily and accurately and find a frame.

The shutter mod. Marte – CLASS 4 is the reinforced version of the class 3 product. The technical solutions adopted on this particular model have allowed it to successfully pass the severe tests that the new UNI EN 2011 regulation imposes. The SHUTTER MOD. MARS – CLASS 4 is composed of: PERIMETER FRAME made of press-bent galvanized sheet metal, 20/10 thick, assembled by welding, equipped with an adjustment and anchoring system, with a 60mm cover fin and a minimum depth of 47mm. DOOR made from 50×50 finned tubular profiles of 15/10 thickness with recess for anti-noise perimeter gasket, Internally REINFORCED SLATS with added 40x8mm steel plate. 40x8mm steel PLATE welded internally overlapping the slats for further reinforcement. BUNKERLOCKS LOCK with anti-drill safety cylinder HINGE in galvanized steel diameter 22mm to screw, adjustable in height with steel ball pin; Black balloon SEAL positioned along the entire perimeter of the door, helps to minimize noise during closing.

DOOR made from 60×40 finned tubular profiles 15/10 thick, base plinth and spacer band (only on French windows) in 20/10 thick galvanized sheet metal, 20mm diameter tear-proof bolts in galvanized steel. Horizontal oval slats in galvanized iron, thickness 12/10, blocked with a 6mm diameter passing rod anti-slip system applied inside the uprights and welded; HINGE in galvanized steel diameter 22mm to screw, adjustable in height with steel ball pin; Tilting mortise LOCK with three locking points. Frame: Telescopic on two sides made with horizontal tubular steel profiles 40x30mm thickness 20/10 located in the upper and lower parts, anchored to the wall using L-shaped telescopic brackets. Door: made with 40x30mm galvanized steel profiles, 20/10 thickness, assembled by welding. Horizontal tubular crosspiece 30x20mm, filler chosen from our models. Pivot hinges: Composed of a die-cast insert structure within which the cut-resistant solid steel rotation pin with a diameter of 16 mm is controlled. Lock: Mortice lock applied on each door. The lock controls 2 locking tips in solid anti-cut steel, 1 upper and 1 lower. The tips are made of full galvanized steel with a diameter of 16mm and have a stroke of 30mm.
