Our steel construction is certified according to the current standards DIN EN 1090-2 and DIN EN 3834-2. We manufacture welded parts, welded constructions and welded assemblies up to execution class 3 (EXC3). The rutile-basic-coated special-purpose electrode has a non-conductive and water-repellent coating for manual wet underwater welding. All components pass a quality inspection before being used. Many different methods and procedures are used here (e.g. PMI 0 positive material inspection, crack detection). Our scope of machining reaches from chipping/metal cutting to sandblasting (using granule materials) to welding, assembling and painting. We handle many different metallic and nonmetallic materials as steel, stainless steel, duplex materials, titanium, plastic material We give a big importance to welding: Nash employees are certified according to ASME 9 and therefore qualified to manufacture pressure vessels and piping according to Pressure Equipment Directive (DIN EN 3834) and ASME Standards (31.3). Our systems are painted according to customer specification. We work with all wet paints and 2K paints. Anti-corrosion-coatings up to category C5M are possible. Of course, we meet all the other specifications, e.g. regarding coating thickness, as well. The electrical engineering is also done in the Nash location, from design to cabling. After the completion, the system undergoes a pressure test. Furthermore there is an option to do a complete function test to verify the performance data. Nash is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Robust and maintenance-free 90° magnetic clamping angle for flat material. The permanent magnet welding angle is a classic from Assfalg for welding and assembly work on flat material. It is available in two sizes, with a base length of 200mm and 300mm.

The Pivot magnetic welding angle has a holding angle range from 28 to 270 degrees. The Pivot magnetic welding angle is a universal handyman for smaller welding and assembly work on round and flat material. Through the quick release and a scale, the angle can be set simply and precisely. Components can be clamped on the inside or outside. Each leg can be switched on and off through a rotary switch.

These ferrous welding angles are your indispensable third hand during welding and assembly work on round and flat material. With these small and handy ferrous welding angles, metal workpieces can be held at angles of 45° and 90°. They are durable, maintenance-free and can be used with a temperature of up to 80 °C. Workpieces can be easily positioned, aligned and fastened.

Fixed 90° welding angle with two switchable and removable magnet modules that can be used separately as well. The A90 can be used for aligning heavy and larger steel plates with precision in a 90° angle. This magnetic welding angle can be used as an inside and outside angle. Magnet modules can be removed and used separately. A total of four versions can be chosen from, which are different in their holding forces. Magnetic welding angles with rotating magnetic modules that can be completely shut off. Your compact helper for welding or assembly works, for round and flat materials. The angles can be set exactly using the engraved scales. The Boomer magnetic welding angles from Assfalg are available in 3 different sizes, which are different significantly in their holding forces. They make it possible to align heavy and larger workpieces both on the inner and on the outer side and to clamp them accurately.

The Magsquare represents a universal welding and assembly aid. The magnetic force acts on 3 sides. The system can be switched off through a simple 180° rotation of the switch lever. It can also be used as an addition to the magnetic welding angles A 90 and Boomer. Several thread drill holes are already present as mounting options. Four versions can be chosen from, which are different in their holding forces and dimensions. The magnet squares are suitable for round and square workpieces.

Whether while milling (rough and finish machining), drilling, sawing, welding or assembling, the EPM modules or module systems offer a large selection of clamping options, for example, to clamp during edge milling or deburring (without mechanical clamping equipment) or for the simple and quick fastening of workpieces during assembly. Workpieces can be easily and quickly fastened with the Triplemag magnet clamping elements. The Triplemag series has additional positioning magnets, ensuring a constant position on the machine table and which are separately switched. Through the use of pole extensions, any unevenness on the workpiece can be compensated for and a deformation of the workpiece can be prevented. Using pole extensions, plane-parallelism of up to 0.01 mm is possible on the workpiece. The processing runs without vibration and an even distribution of holding force is guaranteed throughout the entire ferrous clamping surface.
