We have extensive experience in the metal designs of small and medium-sized structures and the modernization of machine parts. We are able to design or support the process of designing and manufacturing machine parts and steel structures. The physical connection of the design office with the production hall gives us the ability to quickly respond to customer needs and check the proposed technical solutions. Since 2006, steel structures have been the main area in which we help our clients. We are not only manufacturing steel elements to order – very often we help and support our customers in ensuring that metal structural elements meet all strength and utility requirements, and that they are maximally economical. As steel structure fabricators, we are able to produce any steel structures to order – of course, we are also subject to certain technological limitations, but they are small enough that they are not the main obstacle where welding of steel structures occurs.

Robust and maintenance-free 90° magnetic clamping angle for flat material. The permanent magnet welding angle is a classic from Assfalg for welding and assembly work on flat material. It is available in two sizes, with a base length of 200mm and 300mm.

The Pivot magnetic welding angle has a holding angle range from 28 to 270 degrees. The Pivot magnetic welding angle is a universal handyman for smaller welding and assembly work on round and flat material. Through the quick release and a scale, the angle can be set simply and precisely. Components can be clamped on the inside or outside. Each leg can be switched on and off through a rotary switch.

These ferrous welding angles are your indispensable third hand during welding and assembly work on round and flat material. With these small and handy ferrous welding angles, metal workpieces can be held at angles of 45° and 90°. They are durable, maintenance-free and can be used with a temperature of up to 80 °C. Workpieces can be easily positioned, aligned and fastened.

We offer MIG-MAG and WIG welding with maximum power of electricity 400 A. Our welding machines are KEMPPI and MILLER. We make welding of steel details, tube constructions with length till 6 meters and weight till 3 tones. We also offer spot welding and robotic welding (Fanuc) at details with length till 3 meters and width till 1.5 meters, by one or by two sides. We weld ferrous metals, stainless steel and aluminum. After welding we make cleaning of welding and painting (powder and wet).

We offer welded construction solutions using gas metal arc, argon, MIG, TIG and Laser welding technology according to the requirements of our customers. Welding is the process of joining two or more materials with the effect of heat and/or pressure, with or without the use of additional materials. In addition to the joining process, the welding process is used in coating and filling processes. Today, there are many different welding methods. It is a type of process that is used extensively in the industry. Welded manufacturing is defined as a special process in international standards. For this reason, there are international standards in order to guarantee and level the quality level in welded manufacturing.

Argon welding is the word “Tungsten Inert Gas” that gives the welding method its name. Welding is also called the initials of this word and is referred to as TIG welding. The heat to perform the welding process is generated between the electrodes made of tungsten metal, which has a very high melting point, and the parts to be welded. The welding zone is protected by argon or helium gas sent from a nozzle surrounding the electrode. The electrodes used in the Tig (argon) welding method allow to join the welded material by melting, without melting themselves. When deemed necessary, additional welding rods are delivered to the welding area by the welder or by automatic wire feeding devices, as in oxy gas welding. Argon gas is generally used as a shield in argon welding. Argon gas is a noble gas, so it does not react and provides strong protection. It optimizes the ignition characteristics and stability of the arc

We produce constructions for marine, e.g. various systems, machines or tanks. We manufacturing according to international standards for welding processes (ISO 3834-2). Thanks to constant control, rail welded elements comply in 100% with our customers’ project requirements. The range of our products comprises both steel elements made to order of black and stainless steel and aluminium. The production process is based on the PN EN 15085 standard.

Metal welding is, the process of welding metals together, performed using heat, superheating or using a welding agent. Each of the above-mentioned solutions is distinguished by different properties, allowing to combine different types of materials and also to apply welding in a specific, well-defined area. We offer our customers comprehensive services in this area with the highest international standards. At our facility, we weld using MAG and TIG methods, in accordance with the international standards set forth in EN ISO 3834-2 for welding metal materials and EN ISO 1090-2. We weld both black and stainless steel. We manufacture structures up to EXC3 class. We have more than 70 WPQR welding qualifications according to EN ISO 15614. Our welders are qualified to weld by methods: MAG 135 - Arc welding with solid wire in active gas shielding. MAG 136 - Arc welding with powdered wire in active gas shielding. TIG 141 - Welding with non-fusible tungsten electrode in an inert gas shield.

Base Group is the first manufacturing company in Poland to have successfully launched an electronic system for welding process management. Our system oversees welding of steel structures for power industry, offshore construction welding, structures for customers from the railway industry and welding of structures for the chemical industry. This is actually our next step into Industry 4.0. The electronic system for welding process management is a solution to be used from the first stage of planning the welding work, through coordination of welding the structures, up to the final stage of project reporting. The Russian-manufactured inverter machine ТОРУС-320 is used for manual arc welding of metal blanks. The inverter has a functional control panel with a digital display that displays the main operating parameters. The metal housing is equipped with large ventilation holes in order to prevent overheating of internal components. The device is equipped with overload protection and voltage surge protection. The technologies applied during the manufacture of ТОРУС-320 devices allow performing any tasks in welding, surfacing and cutting metal structures for performing work with any kind of electrodes with a diameter of up to 6 mm and a maximum arc welding current of up to 320A (100% at 300A). The welding inverter machine can be used at low temperatures and reduced supply voltage.
