There are specific types of cantilever racks for every product and for every industry. They differ based on requirements, height, useable depth, load-bearing capacity or section thickness. All cantilever racking are produced individually according to customer requirements; they are equipped with a high-quality powder coat or hot-dip galvanised for outdoor storage.

The Archive storage system provides the best solution for a great variety of storage needs for light and medium light manually manipulated loads. USE The archive storage system´s application sectors are very wide and varied, because they encompass from the small archive equipment to the most complex industrial installation. In the installation of multiple stories, the number of corridors is determined by the height of the shelves, having in consideration that the recommended height between them varies from 2.20 to 2.50m. The access to the different stories is made through pre-assembled ladders. The corridors´ pavement can be of many types: wood, metallic floor, or metallic grid. Medium load products storage system for manual Picking that follows the principle “man to product” USE The shelves system Picking LT50 is suited to the storage of medium load products. Allows that the deposit and removal of the merchandise be made manually, offering different ways to do this process according to the need and type of the merchandise. LEVELS FORMED WITH BEAMS AND SHELVES Each level possesses, at least, two beams with shelves or metallic panels supported in them. It´s the perfect storage system for: Boxes, packages and different materials Heavy loads in intermediate spaces Medium loads in big spaces Big dimension products The shelves are metallic, composed by various pieces, with reinforced tabs and big load capacity. The firmness allowed by the beams´ fit in the rack is normally enough to ensure the stability of the shelves, wherefore a basic shelf needs only racks, beams and shelves. The shelves can be metallic, made with wood or net.

These shelves make the most of the useful height of a given location, doubling or tripling its surface and transforming it in a storage area. The installation of a platform is the best solution to make the most of the available space. There´s the option of using all the available surface or using only the highest areas of the facility. USE The installation of a platform allows allocating that surface to different applications: work stations, components assembly, requests preparation area, storage, etc., even office space. The installation is formed by a raised floor. In the ground floor there could be shelves to store small and medium size merchandise and with largest number of Picking operations. The upper floor can be used to store the bigger volume and less consumed items. The platform can also be united to a Picking warehouse with footbridges as a reception and order preparation area and a lift platform to transport the merchandise up and down from the different levels.

Cantilever racks are especially designed for the storage of big length or various measures load units, like metal profiles, tubes, frames, wood trays, metallic or plastic boards, etc. USE They are composed basically by columns, formed by a vertical profile and for one or two horizontal profiles placed at its base to give them stability. A series of suspended arms over which the load is deposited is fixed to the columns. The load manipulation can be performed manually when this is not very heavy, or with forklifts and appropriated elevation means in the case of heavier loads. SIMPLE AND DOUBLE The storage distribution is made by simple racks, with access only by one side, and double racks with access by both sides. LOAD DISTRIBUTION To the distribution and calculation of these kind of racks it´s fundamental to have in mind the measures, the weights, the rigidity of the merchandise, the manipulation means (generally forklifts) and the tolerances, etc.

SHELVES WITH TANKS LIQUID WASTE SERIES FPB801/802 Modular system consists of a structure in tubular steel, a collection tank and a floor grid support. The tubular structure is available in versions for single or double barrel and it is stackable, making it possible to safely store up to 4 drums. Containers of liquid pollutants must be stored safely, in particular to prevent any contamination of aquifers. The collection tanks are watertight, coated with epoxy powders and the support surface is grilled galvanized. Warning: prices are valid for the individual modules to be combined.
