VOVY is fertiliser spreader machine that was developed to increase quality of product and overall yeald by increased utilisation of fertilizer. The estate is located in Le Puy-Sainte-Réparade, locality « Clôs du Blanc », facing north and 2690 feet above sea level. Our vines grow on a variety of land, plains, valleys and hills, so they can fully express the potential of this unique soil. Our vineyard offers a large range of typically provençal vine types : Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, white Ugni and Vermentino. An ancient and very fine lot of Syrah overhangs the estate to the north-west : 0,65 acresplanted way back in 1947. This lot is historical in the vineyard as well as in Provence, since very few lots were planted with this type of vines before 1950. Brilliant idea of a brilliant mind ? Experiment of a passionate ? The question will remain unanswered. Two lots of Grenache and Syrah, planted on hillside more than 985 feet above sea level, give us a great vue on the Luberon hills, the medieval castle of Le Puy Sainte Réparade and the Sainte Victoire mountain.

Lussory White comes from the Airen strains of grapes which combine the sweetness and aroma of their origins with the density required to make this wine a fantastic accompaniment. It is carefully prepared so that the alcohol content is removed just before bottling, preserving its organoleptic characteristics, removing only the alcoholic and caloric content of this floral white with apply overtones. Pallid straw yellow, clean and shining, one can see the carbonic bubbles that denote its youth. Perfume of grape, with suggestions of syrup, accents of apple and subtle floral undertones. Smooth and graceful on the palette, balanced, light and ultimately refreshing. This 0.0% white wine combines effortlessly with appetizers, fish dishes and white meat.

It is carefully prepared so the alcohol is removed just before bottling, preserving its organoleptic characteristics, taking out only the alcoholic and caloric content of this red wine with an ample fruit-laden manifestation, rich in nuances of red fruit. Marron red, medium depth. Direct aroma, vinous, reminiscent of grape skin, red fruit and slight milky insinuations. Flavoursome, strong, extended and persistent tannins. This 0.0% red wine is a marvellous complement to meat dishes and dark fish. Grafted vines are packed in bundles of25 only into cardboard boxes (400 pieces). They are stored in the cold room at 24 °C. They can be packed in cardboard boxes with 200 pieces as well.
