SMLD 300G, THE FLEXIBLE ONE With a minimum grid width of 6 mm, the SMLD 300G is very space-saving, while offering maximum flexibility. These micro valves are suitable for a wide range of viscosities and are available in many configurations. Valve holder with integrated heating can also be combined with it. The internal volume is 65 µl. The R (Resistant) type offers crucial benefits in regards of corrosion and the handling of aggressive medias, compared to SMLD 300G, but remains fully compatible in size and function for all SMLD products and components. The RCV Plus™ Gas Mixing System is a combination of flow meters specifically designed to monitor and control the ratio of two gases. It consists of an RCV Plus™ and a FLO-TRONIC Plus™. The RCV Plus™ utilizes a micro-processor that continuously compares a preset ratio to the real-time ratio of the two gas flows, as measured by the FLO-TRONIC Plus™, and the ratio control valve itself. Using a stepper motor, the RCV Plus™ continuously adjusts the flow metering needle-valve to precisely maintain the preset gas ratio. The real-time ratio is continuously displayed on the LCD screen of the RCV Plus™. Included in the RCV Plus™ is an optional input for the addition of a trim gas, which is frequently used for process control. Trim gas addition is additive to the ratio. When trim gas is used, the continuously displayed real-time ratio then includes the trim gas addition.

Application The SG 175 support grinder is designed for grinding the conical seating surface of valves of medium speed diesel engines on a standard lathe. Handling The support grinder is clamped in the toolpost located on the top slide of the lathe. The grinding angle corresponding to the required valve seat angle is adjusted by turning the top slide of the lathe to an angular position which corresponds to the valve seat angle and which is defined by the template supplied with the grinder. The valve stem is clamped in the chuck of the lathe and the valve face is ground by feeding the grinding wheel into the rotating valve face. Features The precision grinding spindle is permanetly sealed and lubricated for lifetime accuracy. The wheel guarding system is designed to the prevailing safety regulations.
