Madagascan Powder. This is a New addition to our existing range of Powders, which has replaced the Mixed Origin Powder that we were stocking. We have for some time been searching for a better-quality Madagascan Powder as a replacement for the Mixed Origin and we believe that this product is of much better quality and packs a better punch in both Aroma & Flavour. Product Information Gourmet Black Grade A Madagascan Vanilla Pods 15 + cm. Ingredients: Madagascan Grade A Gourmet Black Vanilla Pods. Moisture content 25-35% Vanillin content 1.2-2.2% Weight: 1000 grams Origin: Madagascar Store in a dry place, between 15-20C. Preferably in an airtight container.

Our Madagascan Vanilla Bean Paste is made using our 1 X Fold Madagascan Vanilla Extract. The flavour profile is a classic, rich vanilla taste, with the addition of seeds from the vanilla pod, providing visual appeal for recipes like crème Brulée, ice cream & custard etc and many more. Available in 1kg, 500g & 100g Jars.

This Spent Vanilla Powder is produced from Vanilla Pods that have previously been used in the production of Vanilla Extract. The Pods are dried to between 5 & 10% moisture and then ground to a powder of a particle size of between 3/400 micron. The resulting powder can be used in exactly the same way as our Premium Powder but it will of course only have a very mild Vanilla flavour. The Exhausted Vanilla seeds are seeds from pods which have been previously used in the production of Vanilla Extract. The Exhausted Pods are dried and sieved to separate the seeds and the seeds are then steam sterilised. These Exhausted Seeds will give a very mild vanilla flavour and are mainly used for texture and visual appearance. They are extensively used in the ice cream industry and by chocolatiers also being used in bakery, beverages and confectionery. Our Exhausted Vanilla Seeds are available packed in 250gr, 500gr & 1000gr Vacuum sealed Pouches or Fully Recyclable Resealable pouches.

Premium Vanilla Powder. This potent pure vanilla powder is made only from Madagascan Vanilla Pods. The Pods are processed through a series of drying and grinding machines and finally sieved to keep a uniform powder consistency and quality. Unlike lesser imitations our vanilla powder is 100% pure and completely sugar free. This powder does not contain anything other than Madagascan Vanilla Pods, no sugar, additives, carriers or alcohol and is guaranteed absolutely pure. Perfect because of its versatility when used in your cooking a small quantity is enough to add a wonderful fragrance and taste without the need for infusion. Smell it you will understand the powerful concentration of this product! This product contains approximately 12 grade A Vanilla Pods per 20 grams of powder, none of which is wasted.
