To Comply with Health and Safety guidelines it is required that regular in house inspections be carried out and that a full annual inspection be conducted by a ‘technically component’ person. During an inspection our personnel will complete a Damage Report, they will then go on to produce a Full Rack Inspection Report which will categorise any damage by risk and issued to you. Carpet Racking utilises adjustable Pallet Racking Frames and Beams in a wide range of configurations to accommodate a wide variety of carpet lengths and roll diameters. Rolls are typically loaded end-on into the Racking system via a specially designed attachment on the fork lift or reach truck. Beam levels can be decked with Chipboard, Timber, MDF etc. to allow smaller carpets and off-cuts to be stored.
