Our 5-acre depot at Halifax offers 40,000sq ft of indoor warehousing and outdoor storage space and is divided between two operations, general warehousing for standard cargo and heavy lift storage for large, out of gauge cargo and abnormal loads. This depot is fully equipped to accommodate test builds, featuring two overhead gantry cranes with 30 Tonne and 32 Tonne capacity.

To Comply with Health and Safety guidelines it is required that regular in house inspections be carried out and that a full annual inspection be conducted by a ‘technically component’ person. During an inspection our personnel will complete a Damage Report, they will then go on to produce a Full Rack Inspection Report which will categorise any damage by risk and issued to you. Carpet Racking utilises adjustable Pallet Racking Frames and Beams in a wide range of configurations to accommodate a wide variety of carpet lengths and roll diameters. Rolls are typically loaded end-on into the Racking system via a specially designed attachment on the fork lift or reach truck. Beam levels can be decked with Chipboard, Timber, MDF etc. to allow smaller carpets and off-cuts to be stored. Industrial water and chemical tanks serve a variety of purposes. They need to be strong and non-reactive with the chemicals they contain. Enduramaxx plastic rotationally moulded tanks are made from polyethene (PE) or Polypropylene (PP) according to which chemicals are to stored, and they are UV stabilised to withstand many years of outside use. These industrial chemical tanks are available with customised fittings and flanges. These include BSP inlets and outlets, PN16 and ANSI flanges, welded sockets, vents and fume proof lids for fuming chemicals. Liquid level sensor assemblies, fill pipes and suction pipes are available terminating in BSP and flanged connections.

Enduramaxx’s Open Top Cone tanks are available in a range of 25 sizes and are constructed so as to have a consistent wall thickness and chemical resistance. They are ideal for the blending of or containment of liquids. These plastic tanks are supplied as standard with a heavy-duty galvanised steel support frame, also available without frame.

Horizontal Water Tanks & Bowsers These Horizontal Tanks & Bowsers are designed for the transportation of liquid such as water and liquid fertiliser. The tanks are designed to mount onto straight to flat surfaces with a unique pin mounting system without the need of mounting frames or steel mounting straps and are highly impact resistant and easy to fill. The horizontal plastic tanks are manufactured from WRAS approved polymer for the storage of drinking water (black, boat blue or natural coloured tanks only). These can be used as sprayer tanks or water bowsers for agricultural sprayers with a range of sprayer camlock fittings available to suit your sprayer. The optional Ball Baffle System guarantees fluid stability for safer operation, reducing fuel usage and mechanical wear & tear.

Enduramaxx mixer tanks are available in both standard flat base and also cone base versions. Sizes range from 250 litres to 30,000 litres to meet the demands of many applications. Robust and sturdy together with quick and easy set-up, our HDPE mixer tanks are designed to last. Enduramaxx can also offer completely bespoke solutions for your facility including mixer frames, ladders, platforms and level indication.

Clarifier / Clarification Tanks For Wastewater Treatment Enduramaxx’s Clarifier / Clarification Tanks are used for the continuous mechanised removal of suspended solids or solid particles from a liquid. These plastic water tanks, or conical clarification tanks or clarification cone bottom tanks are available in a range of sizes. open top clarifier water treatment is part of the primary water treatment process to remove solids. What Is The Clarification Process? Primary (mechanical) treatment/Clarification is designed to remove gross, suspended particles and floating solids from raw sewage or wastewater. It includes screening or a weir to trap solid objects and sedimentation by gravity to remove suspended solids. This level is sometimes referred to as “mechanical treatment“, through chemicals.

Cone Bottom Conical Tanks for Complete Drain Applications Cone Bottom Conical Tanks provide the ultimate solution for applications that require a complete drain. These help for the efficient processing of some liquids and can save money and time when compared to a flat bottom storage tank. Other applications for these conical cone bottom tanks include a settlement tank or sludge tank. A Unique Full Drain Solution Conical tanks are unique in that their contents discharge completely through a cone point at the centre of their base. Their cone base and smooth internal walls ensure complete discharge. This has clear advantages for food production, fermented beers, mixing tank, manufacturing and farming applications. Enduramaxx cone bottom tanks provide a unique solution with choices of a 5, 15, 30, 45 and 60-degree cone. This cone angle ensures maximum performance, with even the most viscous liquids not building up inside the tank.

These tanks are provided in different capacity options between 1000 Lt and 25.000 Lt; as single walled or insulated tanks with heating and cooling facilities, produced especially for different materials such as milk, fruit juice, olive oil, stum (must) or glucose.
